This was my second visit to this restaurant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and unfortunately, it was the worst dining experience I have ever had in this city.
I stopped by with a craving for wings, recalling that a friend had once brought me here. Upon arrival, the owner’s wife appeared visibly unwilling to take my order and abruptly left me waiting at the drive-through window. When her husband came to complete the transaction, I politely mentioned that this was my second time patronizing their business and asked if there was a reason for her behavior. His response was that she was “cold.” I explained that she could have communicated that and allowed someone else to assist me.
At that point, the owner became increasingly agitated. I asked him to remain calm and reminded him that as a paying customer, I expected professionalism and respect. Instead, he told me he did not want my money and closed the window in my face.
As I attempted to leave, the situation escalated further. The owner ran outside, jumped onto the hood of my vehicle, and began striking it while I was driving away. Concerned for his safety despite feeling threatened, I slowed down. He then chased my car to a nearby stop sign.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also dangerous. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others not to dine here. In my opinion, this establishment does not deserve the support of the Tuscaloosa community.

The food was excellent! We usually go to Kings Wings in Bessemer, but we were in Tuscaloosa & decided to try something different. The prices & portions are great. The wings were saucy & the sauces were delicious! The wings were fried perfectly- We got the honey bbq & honey mustard wings with the Cajun ranch cheese & bacon fries. The drinks were flat & terrible & they don’t have a phone to call the orders in, but that was the worst part. As long as you account for both of those issues, the food is definitely worth it.

I've gone there many times in the past but for some reason today the lady had an attitude and said I always give her problems when I go there, (I don't know that lady and refuse to dwell on a five minute interaction). But from my recollection of my last two visits one she was arguing with her husband and I left and the last visit it was storming really bad and she said their systems were down. She even mentioned my car for me always being rude when I normally drive my Camry to that establishment. I hope her personal issues are resolved but will note that she gave me a full refund so I will give the service a three star.

That wing combo is gonna see me every time! Service is good. The owners are so nice! The wings are fresh and crispy every time. Sometimes the amount of sauce they use is a bit inconsistent but that’s all I can say. Will be going back!
I arrived to the window at 10:45. The lady was so rude saying we about to close and making anything but wings and fries. We told her never mind because of her attitude. We went to another wing restaurant that closes at the same time but was welcoming new orders at 10:50 even though they close at 11.

The catfish and fries were OK when I got home. But I'm sure that they would have tasted better had I not sat in my car waiting "15 minutes" for it to be ready. Then, you have to drive back up to the window to get your food.Fix the order ahead (Friday night) and pick up and this could be a good food spot.
