I only give 3 stars because I can’t wrap my mind around the fact they choose not 2 give plastic ware with pies nor mousse cups I’m told it’s left up to each individual store.

I had posted a very mid review before. Something has changed — for the better — in the last few months at this location. Previously the cookies were sloppy and looked nothing like they should, service was poor…but in the last few months, the service is much improved, the product quality is what I expect from Crumbl, and many of the desserts have just been 10/10. Keep it up and we will keep coming back.
These were SOOOO good! The oatmeal cookie is a must!

One of the worst crumble locations I’ve ever been to! Have had several issues before on the timeliness and professionalism at this located. They were slow when making my order for a singular cookie. They gave me this huge box and I was confused on whether or not it was mine and I asked the guy because it was a 4 cookie box, but I took his word for it. It was indeed my order but it was not what was advertised on their menu. Pictures below for reference. Looked like they just threw a little bit of icing on it and didn’t even attempt to drizzle the carmel on there and no apples 🤷♀️ if yall don’t have the stuff to make and are just gonna slap stuff together maybe don’t stay open so late or just say it’s sold out. I’ve seen children make better then this. Doesn't even look appetizing.
