When using the app to order pizzas, the estimated delivery time showed 28 minutes. I ordered at 5:58pm. Based on the app, I should have had time to receive and eat pizza before leaving for an appointment at 730pm. At 7:05, I called the store because my tracker showed “quality check” beginning at 6:15.
The staff member was curt and told me that the time on the app is not accurate. If so, then why put a time on the app since I am sure that I am not the only one who bases online ordering based on delivery estimates.
He assured me that the driver was walking out with my pizza right then and coming directly to us.
The pizzas did come in about 10 minutes. They were cold and stale. A “thin crispy crust” does not hold up reheated in the microwave. So gross.
This has happened about the last 4-5 times we have tried this location. We are done with them. Poor quality, poor service.
I will drive to another location to pick it up if I want another pizza from Dominos.

I have been ordering pizza from this location for 8 years, pizza is always baked with the wrong toppings. Today I got a delivery and they put ham instead of pepperoni, they told me I had to bring it back to get the right pizza.There was a reason I ordered delivery as I could not leave work. Terrible customer service and Terrible policies, if you Baked it wrong you should at least deliver the right one.

Never order delivery from this dominos ‼️‼️‼️. I order some food from this place and it took over 2 hours from them to even try to deliver. I waited another hour for the delivery to arrive but sadly never received my order and the app says it’s delivered. Literally the worst place ever and customer service was awful.

Been ordering from this location now for about 6yrs. Food and services have gotten so bad over the past couple months that make me want to go pizza hut or popa John's. Srnt a message to the manager on my last order telling him how bad he's gotten. His response was that I should never attempt to order from hos store again that I've been red flagged. No worries I'll take my business elsewhere. Maybe it's time to put a new team in this store. This one has gone to crap.

The Philly sandwich is delicious. The chicken Alfredo had maybe 6 pieces of chicken in it disappointed. The two piece pizza special was all sauce and hardly any toppings disappointed again. It was lukewarm at best

A Domino’s at a gas station?!! YES!! I visited the Skyland Domino’s 8/9/2025 and was greeted by great staff; I was a little embarrassed because I forgot to hit “payment” on my order; thus there was no order but they were great!! They said it would be 45 minutes for my pizza but it was much less (very busy Saturday night). Everyone was super busy and super nice!! If you’re a Domino’s fan don’t miss this store!!

I have been ordering from this dominos location for a while but today will probably be the last. There was a fly baked into my veggie pizza. To make matters worse I tried the stuffed crust pizza on the 2 other pies and the bread was extremely thin, had none of the Dominos quality consistency (fluffy bread + garlic seasoning) and had a sour/salty taste that reminded me of Pizza Hut.

I order food at 11:28pm says store closed at 12am so plenty of time to order some chicken wings… I placed order and didn’t receive the food until 12:35am the total was 27.50 I paid 40.00 and driver looked at me crazy when I said yes I want my change..
Messed up the pizza refused to remake it. Rude ass workers

I tried to order the new stuffed crust and ended up with a hand tossed with no garlic on it. It was made well. Toppings were decently portioned (cheese and sauce) and the dough was slapped well but all hand tossed comes with garlic unless specified not to. So that was a bummer that it didn't. Also go back to the old pizza cutters. The rollers not the bowsaw bc pizzas haven't been cut well since Domino's changed the pizza cutters. The driver was cool but service gets a big fat 0 bc I had to talk to a machine. Talking to a machine no matter what it's for is frustrating. Also Atmoshpere? Yea I talked to a machine so that was no existent. All in all I probably won't order any Dominos anywhere again. Not worth it ✌️
