Attitude problem on entry for pickup. Pizza wasn't cut correctly. Today delivery, driver was cordial (Christian). Second time in row, pizza wasn't cut well.

Domino's is always the best in my book

The pizza is good but it’s usually not enough sauce and it’s never cut the way I choose. It’s always square cut, I prefer pie cut! Always square! We started driving to Skyland location, they usually get it right.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location! But this. is the Second order in a roll that delivery has not gotten to me and I’d have to call in to the rudest people you can imagine. I’ve bee getting delivery from them here for over two years! But the last two I have to call for them to tell me they didn’t have the right home number! And they didn’t have my cell phone number? I’ve ordered through their app ! It has all of this on the app and website. I mean if you gonna mess up and then blame the customer!! Today is last order from here.

I ordered a 14" steak and cheese pizza with extra cheese and extra garlic, none of the extras were included. The Pizza store is 0.7 miles away from my home, the deliver took 55 minutes.
I paid $36 for an incomplete cold pizza. My complained at the store was answered with a 20% coupon of my next order. I told them to keep it because I don't like cold pizza.

Would give it 0 stars but that's not an option. The online ordering wasn't working so made a phone call to place my order and got hung up on. If the owner of this location sees this, I hope they make some changes. No one makes people work there, they do it to make money like everyone else who works. DO YOUR JOB OR GO HOME.

Was hung up on while placing an order because an employee doesn't understand what hot wings are. Called back a few times wanting to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. The employees are rude as hell at this location

I ordered a med Pizza with ham, pineapple, bell pepper , and extra cheese. I received everything on the pizza but what I asked for. I called customer service . They said they will put me directly to the store so I could get the order corrected. I’m still waiting on somebody to pick up the phone and talk to me. Absolutely ridiculous!! I want ever order a pizza from them again! And I will make sure my friends and family don’t order from them either!

Worst place ever and VERY RACIST. I placed an order online for 1 bbq pizza, 1 supreme and 1 beef pizza. When I got the pizzas, the beef was wrong. I gave it back and waited 20 minutes for the correct pizza and still nothing. Mind you the other pizzas are getting cold as we wait. I asked the manager what was the issue and she stated she didn’t know what to tell me. How do you not know what to tell the customer? She said she was refunding me and I stated if my money isn’t back, I’ll be back. The manager then got loud with me and I got loud right back with her because I was patient enough with no explanation. My mother in law then called back and the story was flipped. I’ll never be returning. My husband even spoke with another worker and he was rude as well saying he was hanging up the phone on him. I wish I could give the service 0 stars. This place is a whole joke‼️‼️‼️

Not friendly at all I asked one of the workers how to order in the app or how to include the coupons in the order and he straight said he didn’t have time to teach me very rude service just hire people that wants to work not people that look miserable and seem like working it’s a punishment for them.
