GOD FORBID, you can't afford to use your card for a $25+ order on the app. They'll make that your only option.. What if we can't afford to use our cards and only have cash? Nobody today has time to come up there to order and then sit for another 30 min. Nobody can call in the order because y'all dont answer the phone to save your lives ??♂️ Some of us live more than 10 minutes away, in case you didn't realize that.. Guess I'll take my money somewhere else since yall are too good for my order.

i like dominos, and they're always my go-to for when i want pizza, but the quality has been suffering a bit lately. my intention isnt to berate but to maybe call attention to some issues I've noticed throughout the past couple years. I rarely get garlic butter on my crust anymore, despite not ordering it without. then, when I order a pan pizza instead, it is rarely made correctly with "cheese to the edge".the delivery drivers are always kind, and if there are any glaring issues they'll usually issue you a free pizza when you report the issue (i was supposed to get a salad with my order one night, informed the driver, he said he'd come back with it, he never did, so i submitted a report in the app and received credits for a free pizza.)i dont expect Michelin star service from dominos, but itd be nice if i could get garlic butter on my crust again. stay strong out there y'all

This My Last Time Ordering With Them . I Didn't Even Receive My Food Because THEY Misheard My Address . Now, I'm Having To Deal With Customer Service For My Damn Refund . It's Always Something, Food Extra Burnt Or Soggy . Missing Items, I'm Over This Place, Always An Excuse. They Really Got To Get People Up There That Care About Their Job .-5 Stars If I Could !5/16/23

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered 3 times this week and twice it was wrong. I can not get a human on the phone. Can you say “pissed off”?
Where to begin.... I did an online order and not only did I wait over an hour for my order to be put in the oven but nothing I got was cooked. Steak on one pizza was cold, the dough was raw on everything, same with the chicken pizza I got, cheese bread was almost completely raw and the brownies still had oil on the bottom and it was also not edible so I called to see if I could get my order made properly I was told that it can't be replaced unless there was only 2 pieces out of the pizzas and bread, I have 4 people in my house and we each got 1 piece of pizza and bread so that cancelled out us getting anything replaced. I understand being busy but there's no excuse for giving out raw food.

I have to order delivery and 6 out of ten orders are over cooked. This due to it sitting in the carrying bag for delivery way to long. Cheese on the pizza is very hard my the time it reaches my home.

Well- it was Friday the 23rd and headed home for Christmas. Me and 9yo needed food. They added 20 minutes to the delivery time twice taking well over an hour. Pizza was burned and cold. When I tried to call, it took me through the prompts then just loud static. Side note- they forgot all 4 dipping sauces
My pizza order was with extra cheese, but it hardly had any cheese at all. The toppings were skimpy at best….this is the 2nd time. No more for me.
