This place is always busy, but you can tell that they work very hard to make sure their food meets the customer needs. I have had no complaints about my food. Best Pizza ever

I usually order delivery, however I decided to pick my order up today. Walked in, no one greeted me, no one even stopped to acknowledge that I had entered the store. They all kept making pizzas with their BARE HANDS, NOT ONE PERSON HAD ON GLOVES. I was baffled that the employees stood right in plain sight grabbing cheese and toppings with their bare hand IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. That’s disgusting and unsanitary. The manager even grabbed a bag of cheese, opened it and refilled the cheese with her bare hands. The guy that finally came over after I stood there for about 4 mins, with pizza dust still on his hands, greeted me and begin typing on the computer with food all over his hands. I almost threw up. I just walked out.
I’ll never patronize any business that’s ran like this, where is the care and customer service these days? NON- EXISTENT! It’s really sad. Anywho, cooking at home from now on.

Ordered an hour ahead of time for a pickup. Got to the store at the hour mark and they had JUST put my order in the oven. Everyone was moving slow, ignoring the phones, bad attitudes, etc. No sense of urgency as if this isn’t a business where you serve others. I shouldn’t have to stand in the store for 15 minutes, after waiting 45 min for a carry out order, on game day mind you.
