Disheartening to hear a Non-binary human being was taken to task for using a restroom in your establishment this past week. She was embarrassed and humiliated by a member of your staff that left her feeling unsafe. She was told to go to the men’s restroom or leave.She was asked to go outside to “talk” and then asked to identify if she was born a male or female. Maybe instead of denying outright that this happened, you should educate your staff about non binary and gender fluid people as well as reach out to this person if you feel there was a misunderstanding. Anyone hosting events where there may be any guests who are non gender conforming may want to think about booking a more gender inclusive establishment.

Because one star is the least amount of stars I can leave. It’s very disappointing to hear that in the year 2022 an establishment still does not support other people for who they are in the LGBTQ+ community. Disgusting that they would allow an employee to treat a patron in the way that they did all for trying to use a restroom. As a female, I feel more attacked by this type of male toxicity behavior attempting to disguise their homophobia by saying they are trying to protect me by asking someone to use a different restroom. Haha. Advice: please take your business elsewhere.

The “security” they hired intimidates and even blocks customers from leaving if they don’t do exactly what they want. They harass and even assault the Uber drivers that come to take people home. I’m sure the bar is nice but entering and exiting is dangerous with these dollar store goons hanging around
