First impression is a parking lot with just a few spaces next to door. After observing people coming in and going out, we realized that those cars parked next to the door belonged to workers. Not a single car was parked in the spaces in the lot farther from the door after all the customers left. We saw two cars drive to the door to park but left when no space was available. It’s sad that the customer isn’t offered the opportunity to park at the door.

Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life

I went two different days. The first visit half the order was cold and the coffee. I went today and my sandwich was ice cold. It was noon and busy so no excuses for that. Location on

Big Dunkin fans, including when we travel.

This Dunkin Donuts (Stillman in Tuscaloosa, AL) is clean and fresh but is dying for some real organization and management. Despite being friendly, the employees don’t seem to have any clue what they are doing. Can’t take orders. Can’t fill orders. CAN’T FILL ANY ORDER CORRECTLY. Totally ridiculous. On Sunday, 01Dec2024 at 12noon - there are 10 DD employees working (I counted them) and they’ve got customers stacked up WAITING TO ORDER. WAITING TO PICK-UP. COMING BACK BC THEIR ORDER IS WRONG. 10 employees working and this.

The on-duty manager does not seem to know what she’s doing either.

This store was ‘out’ of everything by 12noon: bagels, wraps, donuts. So people order at the counter OR via the mobile app, PAY FOR THEIR ORDER and then go to pick-up to be told “We’re out of that.” So what choice does the customer have? They’ve already paid in most cases and are stuck having to select something else (assuming IT’S still available).

This was also one of the biggest football weekends in Tuscaloosa, AL - the Iron Bowl. Was there any planning or forethought given on the part of DD managers/owners to ordering enough food supplies for the busy football weekend? Apparently not.

This is a gold mine business, with an enormous customer population, DYING TO BE ORGANIZED AND BETTER MANAGED. Definitely a lost opportunity here…

If you patronize this business, plan on 1) doing a lot of waiting, 2) having the store be out of whatever you ordered, and then 3) still getting your order wrong.

The food at this specific dunkin has a really weird taste to it. I didn’t even finish my Wake Up Wrap. The hash browns too. I don’t know what it is but the taste is like it is coming from the water or from preparation

Employee extremely rude for no reason while my friend and I were trying to mobile order while at the location. Absolutely no need to have an attitude when a customer makes a mistake. Made me not want food from there and definitely wont be back. Whoever the person with the bull ring piercing needs an attitude check.

Nice location but took 30 minutes for one sandwich when there were only 2 people in front of me inside the store. The staff was not friendly or helpful

Very disappointed! I placed an order on the mobile app 10 minutes prior to being at the store even though the app encouraged me to wait a little longer. When I got there I waited until all of the customers inside left before I stepped closer to the counter (about two minutes). I then proceeded to wait another 5 minutes before someone else came in. After another five minutes the other person announced they were there to pick up a mobile order. At this point I also announced that I was there to pick up a mobile order as well. Not one time before that did anyone in the entire restaurant (there were approximately 5 employees who all saw me standing there) even acknowledge my presence. To top it off, it had been nearly 20 minutes since my order had been placed (not a complicated order) and it STILL was not ready. The only redeeming quality is that the brewed coffee I had was really good. The employees response when I told her that I also had a mobile order but no one had spoken to me was that the other individual asked for her order. Is this what “customer service” is now? I’m not asking for red carpet to be rolled out, I simply want to be acknowledged. Times are hard, people are stressed. Do better, Dunkin.
