Hot coffee not even warm … Time 12:15 pm,, 03/12/2024

March 11, 2024: They can, usually, do no wrong. Well, today was a weird one. I used the app to place my order, a chai with unsweetened toasted coconut syrup. I went in and my cup was ready on the tray. When I got to my car and poured it, it smelled strong. I was late to work and thought that it was my imagination. But when I got to work and it TASTED strong then I knew that I had the wrong beverage. I asked my boss to smell it and YUP! It was coffee. Later, I went back to my car to look at the labels. Both the cup label and the ticket had the correct order request. SO! If your coffee/espresso was REALLY weak, it's because you got my chai.2018: Staff is friendly and accommodating. Orders are made to your liking.

Food is always consistent and good. Bathroom today was atrocious and clearly someone overflowed it and staff has cleaned everything but the toilet which had dried bits of toilet paper all over it and either feces or blood on the seat. There is only one stall for the women's.When you walk in they are usually busy which is fine. But no staff will look at you or acknowledge you until they are ready to take your order. No one says hi, we will be with you in a moment. Or sorry, we are busy we will get you in a sec. It's like a game of not making eye contact even though there's usually about 5 staff and anyone can just acknowledge your presence and say "we see you, please wait." So when someone does address you finally they're asking if you already ordered. A greeting would be a verbal signal to other staff that someone is indeed waiting and needing to be served. Just etiquette anywhere food service I've worked is to acknowledge your customers are there. Not purposely ignore them until you're ready for them. Corporate pop ins actually check to see if staff are greeting customers as well so this seems odd culture in this store to play the look away game.Excited to try the cinnamon vanilla coffee and the churro donut looks good but this time I got the omelet bites. Love the snackin bacon as well. And hashbrowns. Something for everyone.Love the revamped parking/parking lot and on tap coffee. This store would benefit from a kiosk like the McFarland location since they're so busy they don't have time to acknowledge guests.

I had to stop at Dunkin to use the restroom, and the smell and sight of those delicious donuts could not be resisted. I ordered two glazed donuts and 10 donuts munchins or holes. They were delicious and the service was great. I definitely will be back again when I stop in downtown Tuscaloosa.Parking: Downtown Tuscaloosa
waited 30 MINUTES in the drive through. Said the food “was backed up”… all you have to do is heat it up. Terrible attitudes from employees along with burnt food after they finally managed to heat it up.

The two cashiers had a 6 minute conversation and kept telling me "I'll be there in a minute" while they finished talking. The iced pumpkin latte was good though.
