Food is bad, service is even worse. Would not recommend at all. They turn off mobile orders whenever they’re feeling lazy. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or if their workers are simply incompetent either way stay away from this dunkin.

the coffee sucked, tasted like water and feet as if whatever it came from had not been cleaned in weeks. Cashier was nice but back-of-house was rude and held up the whole line for 10 minutes so they could finish their conversation in the kitchen, then would interject insults at customers like myself at the register. worst experience ive ever had at a DD.

I was told masks were required for service which is no big deal. I went and got a mask and came back and the employee that told me to go get a mask wasn’t wearing hers and was getting donuts for a customer. Hypocrisy at its finest. She also gave the customer before me free donuts.

Went in for donuts a was told I couldn’t be in there without a mask. But when I can back in from getting a mask the same worker didn’t have a mask on. They were also giving free donuts but charged me.

The employees were very rude. A friend and I had gone to try out this location because it was convenient for us to get food from the dining hall after, and we had gone in the building without a mask as we usually do. (In the dining halls, where this Dunkin was located, people go in without masks as it is a place to eat and drink.) We were standing at the counter waiting to order, and were told to put masks on so we did. Still waiting. None of the 3 employees present were busy, so they very easily could’ve taken our order, but when one employee was asked by another if she would take our order, the employee scoffed and said “hell nah”, walked away. About a minute and a half goes by and we still had not been asked our order. Then, a girl comes and asks what we want. Even after I clearly stated what I wanted, which was very simple, she STILL got it wrong. It took over 5 minutes for a very simple coffee drink to be made, due to the fact that the employees behind the counter were idling around and gossiping. My friend and I were also made uncomfortable by an older man sitting near the counter who was harping on people about not wearing masks, so we assume he’s associated with the business. Not a good way to give a good customer experience.tldr; This location lacks good employees with satisfactory customer service skills.

After one student was told to leave the shop for not having a mask on , all workers behind the counter continued to carry on about the incident after it was over , which lead to people not getting there orders. They continued on for so long that I watched my coffee sit there for 10 minutes before I was served. One worker started yelling at the people who did have a mask on , just because she was still carrying on about the past situation. Very unprofessional in my opinion and made many people late also. I just want my coffee:( Student worker also said ,"she would take off her uniform and fight us"
