I have been coming to this same location for three years and have never experienced any issues until this new management.
The female manager - unfortunately didn’t catch her name on the morning shift Friday, July 11th, handled the situation very unprofessionally and showed signs of Macro-aggressions. I will not be returning to this location simply because of the lack of leadership and discrimination.

Most times, they are out of the donuts I like, so I drive to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Northport. A few minutes ago, I purchased a dozen donuts. There were supposed to be Bavarian cream and Boston cream. However, both had a yellow, lemony filling. I am thoroughly disappointed. I will not spend anymore money with them. I am mist thankful that I am not allergic to the filling. Buyer beware!

We went to this location daily while visiting family in the area. Each time our drinks were correct and delicious. Everyone was so kind and had such great hospitality. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the wait. Some days we were parked while they brewed more coffee. I’ve never had that happen at a coffee shop. It wasn’t anything grueling, but enough to include in a review.

The people working were not listening and doing our order at all. The food was completely cold not warmed up at all. My gf drink was half filled and completely wrong and tasted disgusting. My drink was half full but tasted good. My egg and sausage sandwich was nasty. They looked like they had no clue what they were doing. Will not be going back.
