It's almost a hit and miss when it comes to the coffee making. But I did try this black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich and it was fresh,hot and perfectly made!

I used to love dunkin when I lived in pa but when moving here and visiting this locationThere is a particular employee who has made me not want to return she was very rude and was clearly on drugs. I canceled my order and left.The parking lot is always a mess as there’s garbage everywhereDo better dunkin.

Sausage egg and cheese under cooked. Waited 15 mins for a medium plain coffee and had to ask 3 times for it. I ate my sandwich before my coffee even came out. Very not organized.

PLEASE GET NEW MANAGER!!!! If I put zero stars it wouldn’t let me post! DO NOT GO HERE. Waited in line for an hour why they helped everyone but customers that personally came into the establishment. Closed down in person orders and never told anyone! I never leave reviews on anything but please do not go here if you value your time
they don’t know how to make some of the lattes on the menu. I don’t blame the workers but the management must be terrible here

If you’re on the road and are planning to have anything that includes eggs. Don’t they are EXPIRED, all 4 of us were in the bathroom for a whole hour.

I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait inside the store. It was clear that they were short staffed -- trash was overflowing, a LONG line of complaining customers, drive-thru wrapped around the plaza, etc. Although I didn't mind waiting, they still got my order wrong and it wasn't worth the wait to have them correct it. Instead of a cold foam, they just put whip cream at the top of my drink, which doesn't taste or cost the same.

What can I say besides great coffee and donuts. But one little problem. They have WiFi but it doesn't exactly work. You can sign in on it but I cannot make a phone call or a text that Will actually send. Not sure what's up with that but the food is good
