On my 4th time coming to This particular location in Tuscaloosa, AL. In the past two weeks They’re supposed to close at 10pm.
Around 8pm every night that I’ve come here, the drive thru cashier has told me Everytime that they can only accept cash when most people don’t carry cash anymore. On the the 4th time of me doing so, I actually decided to to park and walk in except now there is a trash can blocking one of the entry doors to get inside.. I believe they purposely only accept cash to deter business away at night.
They do not have a credit card reader issue during the day bc I’ve came during the day and it was working fine. The food is great but the service is horrible after a certain time of hour.

It was so good!! I wanted to go to Five Guys but with it being super expensive, we stopped here at Freddy’s and it did not disappoint! The burgers are SO good!

In need of new workers. How do you have an attitude because YOU got my order wrong ???? Overall the attitudes of the workers are HORRIBLE. Just Quit if you hate your job so much

Typically the Freddys in my hometown is always very fresh and good. We visited this one on BAMA gameday & I think that's why the fries were stale and my burger just a tad greasy. Not bad but not the best it could be.

Ordered online, they made my burger completely wrong. it had all the stuff i took off of it still on there and was missing everything that i had added. i also ordered a bottle of seasoning and they did not give it to me

This is the best place to spend all night in the drive thru. It took us 1 hour and 8 minutes of being trapped in the drive thru to get our food. The custard was melted and the food cold. May have been a bad shift or something went wrong but it was a disaster and should have been free after that wait.

I had the awesome Grilled Cheese Double Steakburger which comes on Texas toast. It starts with a smash burger and then slices of American and Swiss cheese on a slice of Texas toast. Then another smash burger and more slices of cheese covered in bacon and topped with another slice of Texas toast! Mouth watering delicious! I also had a small order of onion rings which I rate in the top 1% in this area. They were perfect! Service was fast! I love the Bama theme! ROLL TIDE!

Several of the tables were dirty which limited the options for a place to sit. The floor was sticky and it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered for my one cheeseburger to be ready

This place should be ashamed, use to be my favorite place before they changed mangers. Made me and my family feel like they don’t want African Americans at their restaurant. Horrible. And whoever that manger is with the ear piercing/face piercing needs to talk to guest and her workers with respect. I could hear everything she said to those people. Disgusting.

I visited this location first time last night food was hot n fresh however maybe the cup size for tots should be changed I came back today to see if it would be a difference but it wasn't and if im spending $27 my total container shouldn't be half empty in my opinion also the cashier today was very rude because she gave me my drink filled with ice and I specifically asked for it at the speaker to have no ice
