Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The overall place was very dirty, all the floor was slippery from grease and no soap in the restroom. By the end of our meal, we discovered a cockroach walking around our feet. So disgusting, no coming back.

Custard was sub-par and super expensive, Costco got dogs are a lot better. Spent over 60 bucks to buy lunch for 4 people and I only had a hit dog and a small shake.

Went to pickup DoorDash Pick-up order. Store allowed someone to pickup food who was not me. Girl behind counter told me it wasn't her problem because she doesn't handle pickups. Girl at the drive thru comes up to counter, literally recites my order back to me and goes, oh yeah that's already gone. Cashier, Asst. Manager, and Manager were not helpful. Manager told me to contact DoorDash for refund, so her inventory would be correct. No offer to correct order. No apologies.
I'm not one to give bad reviews, even when food is not up to par, but this lack of service and the overall attitude of not just one person, but four individuals working at this place should be noted.

Manager and Staff Unprofessional don’t see how they managed to stay this long.

Love it and has added to my new place to go, especially when I'm in Tuscaloosa.

Won't be coming back here on a Friday night waited over 30 mins in the drive-thru for a simple oreo shake and literally sat at the window for like 10-15 mins after I had already paid just to get my shake...This is ridiculous

Who was amazing went for lunch 2 days in a row I'm definitely going back tomorrow

Spoke with Tiffany about how they make the custard and she went above and beyond with her explanation and friendliness as it was nearing closing time. She had an amazing attitude and was incredibly sweet and friendly. I love the food but would return just because of her attitude and demeanor. I recommend this restaurant as they have some of the best employees in this industry not just in Tuscaloosa

At risley High antiques 20 minutes for order that you drive you order through drive through I will not go back after waiting 20 minutes fries with solid cold when I got them

Went in and literally stood at the counter while one person filled Oreos and looked at me.. another lady just kept walking past the counter after about 5 min.. I jus turned and walked out 🚮
