“We just tried Forte for the first time last night and it was excellent. I was surprised to see its rating and we decided (for science) we needed to see for ourselves first hand.

I am happy to report that the experience was great! I had the bolognese and my wife had the steak frites, both dishes were delicious. Bolognese is a great dish to test a kitchen’s competency with and it did not disappoint. We also had the focaccia and marinated olive appetizers and they were great.

My only nitpick was over my old fashion, which was a little lifeless.

We finished the night with Sticky Toffee Pudding which again was delicious.
