I frequent this location and it always feel warm and inviting. If I go in or send someone to pick up my order they immediately know who I am and my order. The staff and service is wonderful.

After looking at your reviews, my friend and I decided to not ever come here. First of all, we noticed the owner is extremely hostile and passive aggressive to costumers in the reviews. Along with that, there is some discrepancies. While replying to Zach, he says that there is a small change in the acai formula which includes almond milk, but then told Olivia that there was NO change at all. This leads me to believe that there are some fabrications in these review replies. I really love acai bowls so this makes me sad that I won’t be trying this place due to the fear of bad customer service.

I eat here no less than twice a week because it's so good! The fruit tastes so fresh and the people are always so nice and I never have to wait long at all! Such a cute little place, would 10/10 recommend!

This Strawberry Shortcake Bowl is amazingly delicious. Will definitely be coming back before i travel back to Ct. As you can see they plenty of artwork displayed on the walls. The staff was young and super friendly and helpful.

Love this place! I always get the same thing. Tropic Thunder, kiwi, add Nutella ? On top of that, the customer service is superb as well as management! Glad to see it here. Missed places like this!

I was excited to go here bc a friend recommended it, but both my friend and I had bad service and bad açaí bowls. The açaí wasn't frozen, so it was like an açaí soup consistency rather than the thicker-than-a-smoothie base one would want. The girl making them also made both me and my friend's bowls wrong. She left off certain ingredients so I had to go back and ask her to add them (I could see from the board that there were supposed to be certain fruits on top that simply weren't there). In the end we ditched our expensive soupy bowls and got food at Panera. Will not be coming back :(
Stopped by for a Mango smoothie after lunch. Delicious! My dairy allergy was no sweat for them, as they had substitute options, including a plant based protein powder (I did not add that, so I can't speak to its taste). I will come again when I'm back in town!

Toppings are fresh and great, but ever since they switched from Frutta Bowls, the bases have absolutely NO FLAVOR. It tastes like eating bland mush with toppings. I dare you to tell me the acai tastes different than the pitaya. I encourage the owners to go sample other places in town so they know what their competition is serving and why they might be losing business.I will be visiting the other great bowl places in town unless they switch back. It's a shame because I used to go once per week, but not enjoyable anymore. I hope the switch so I can return. Side note, the owner is also quite intimidating.
