Best staff in Alabama today! The young man who was cashier opening this shift is an absolutely exceptional person and employee! He deserves all good things!!!
let me tell you the first thing that attracted us to this restaurant was the smell of BBQ!!! we get in, and at first I expected a sit down style restaurant where they seat you. What you have is you go to the counter and order your food. We both chose the spare ribs and fried green tomatoes, I had the potato salad and she got the Mac and cheese. Let's break this down.. the Mac and cheese was so good your could wat it by itself and be happy, the potato salad was just as good....read full review
Driving through and this place was recommended. We walked in and the menu was quite large and the smell was amazing. My husband ordered the rib sandwich with squash casserole. The ribs were bland but the casserole was delicious. I ordered the one piece catfish with collard greens and deviled eggs. The catfish was huge so I knew it wasn't going to be right and it wasn't. It didn't taste all the way cooked but with pieces that big it's hard to do that without burning the cornmeal....read full review
