After a 10 minute wait for my food, and a 5 minute wait for an extra lemonade, I opened my plate to see that it was melted by the extremely hot tenders. My order was not taken down, which led me to have to repeat it. I am very unsatisfied.

I've been to this franchise before this is a newly built location in Tuscaloosa. Service is polite and food is served pretty fast. My only complaint (as always) the strips are a little salty for my taste but hey better than not seasoned at all. Sauce is great, fries too. I'll be back, I'm sure of it.

Guthrie's should pay me for this... Absolutely wonderful experience. Fries were the best crinkle fries I've ever had, with a rare crisp I don't usually see, and warm, Chicken was crispy, sauce was tangy, coleslaw was moist and juicy, toast was so buttery, the exact memory of the old original Guthrie's if not better. The wait was worth it and the dude in the window was friendly. No long lines like at the Taco Bell next door. The only thing I didn't like was the jacked up prices but that's everywhere and there's nothing we can do about that. Please support this locations so they don't remove it again. Thanks Guthrie's, and no, I was not paid for this review, I am human.

Guthrie’s did a fantastic job helping me decide the most economical way to feed a large number of people at an event I was organizing. All the food was ready on time and the staff helped load it in my car. The staff were friendly and efficient. Everything was delicious and the everyone at the event enjoyed it. Highly recommend and will come here again.
