This was my first time at Guthries I wasn’t impressed at all . A similar restaurant right down the road from them hands-down blowing them out of the water. Guthrie‘s chicken is greasy the fries are greasy their Guthrie sauce just well isn’t really not. You have to pay $.50 per sauce come on now and you’re a chicken finger place and I really honestly don’t know how they’re not closed down by now.

This Guthrie's always has great offerings of guilty pleasure eats. While the location is not convenient to quickly detouring from I-20 and being able to hop right on the interstate, the minor inconvenience is always worth the trip.

Went through the drive thru today and that cashier was so rude. No manners whatsoever. Not friendly and rushed me as I was ordering. She needs to be reminded that she’s in a position to serve others and needs to provide that service in a professional manner. Food was okay, but I definitely won’t go back to that location.

Stopped in to get my grandson a chicken fingerbox, he said best chicken fingers he ever had!

I love guthries, I’ve been to the one on 15th street multiple times and have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered my food and when I got to the window, waited about 10 minutes which is okay, I understand it gets busy. The problem was when I got my food I didn’t get my drink and I let the girl at the window know and she was quick to add her snarky remarks. Immediately claiming I didn’t order it at the window after I told her I did and that she was the one whom took my order. Now I understand the food industry, I used to serve, but this girl SHOULD NOT be giving people food. I told her I would pay for the drink but that I knew I ordered it and it continued from there. I got my drink and didn’t pay for it, which I had said multiple times that I would. While driving off she decided to yell out the window as well. The customer is not always right but you’re suppose to tuck that in your pocket and put on that poker face and get on with it. However in my case, I know what I ordered and she just decided to tell me I was wrong either way. If they didnt hear you order something then just assumed you didn’t order it. That is all.
