Very rude don't take the whole order and when tried to reorder the woman skipped us food was cold and thrown together. The woman was kinda racist towards white as well

During our mid-morning breakfast at Hardee's, Zorra, the cashier, demonstrated exceptional attentiveness to the needs of all customers. Even when individuals returned to the order counter, she would pause briefly to inquire about their needs. Zorra would then promptly fulfill their requests before quickly returning to assist the current customer. Despite a long line cars in drive-thru that extended around the building; and one or two people waiting in the lobby, plus a continuous flow of hungry customers entering the lobby area, Zorra made each of us feel as though she was dedicated to assisting everyone. Kudos to Zorra for excellent customer care!

For years, the Ladies at Hardee's on Lurleen Wallace Blvd have been very professional and super nice!! It is a breath of fresh air b/c other fast food places are either rude or indifferent.. I want you to know these Hardee's ladies are top notch. Wonderful.

Well, to be honest.. Hardee's usually be pretty good, but today, at this location, I went for breakfast, and it was too early for cold food. My steak biscuits were cold, and the hashrounds were too. I don't think I will visit this one again. I don't see how the manager on duty would allow such a thing. People don't realize that folks were too hard for their money and if they come to your establishment for hot food.. that's what they expect to receive. I don't care if it costs 1 dollar or 30 dollars. It was horrible. I will stick with the Hardee's on Syland or the one down 69S. ?

Came through to get my family some breakfast, we'll one of the employees was eating a biscuits and the employee put his half eating biscuit for my family to eat on unexpected for them is health department has stepped in . DONT EAT THERE!! Manager has been cussing at us and said it's not her problem
