Whenever I visit Alabama I always go to Hardee's because I live in Texas and Carl's Jr is garbage compared to Hardee's

I haven’t had Hardee’s in years and decided to go for breakfast and try the bacon maple biscuit. Now I’ve never paid $7 for a biscuit but I didn’t say anything to the workers because they don’t determine the prices. The woman at the window had excellent customer service! She was very kind and polite so I didn’t want to complain about anything. And the biscuit was the best biscuit I’ve ever had! Seriously I did not expect it to be so good! It was also shaped into a heart for Valentine’s Day which I found super cute!

The rudest bunch of people working in the store they don’t look in the eye they don’t say thank you they don’t. There’s just no customer service. It’s like they are doing you a favor to take care of you.

Chatia was awesome! My food was fresh and she was very patient! She also gave me napkins and ketchup without me having to ask for it! If I could give 100 stars I would! If I had cash in me I would have tipped her but this review is better than cash.
