The manager of this location, Michelle, is incredible. She is so friendly, personable, and professional. My daughter adores her and makes a point to have us stop by Hardee’s just to see her “girl” Michelle when she is in town to visit. Michelle remembers her apparently from years of ago when they built a connection before 2020. Says a lot about Michelle’s character and heart. This location has a wonderful leader and manager that my family just loves. Will always come back for the food, but mostly for Michelle!

I went to this Hardee's about 30 minutes ago and requested a fresh, hot 1/4 Famous burger with cheese. I told Kyari, the nice young lady at the drive-thru, that when you get a fresh, hot burger from there, it is the best burger in this town. I'm used to lots of burger choices in Atlanta, but as long as I get a fresh burger from this Hardee's, I'm good!
When I got my order, I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the burger fresh and hot, but so were the fries (which I didn't request to be frank)! I had to call right then to thank them. The manager, Alexandria, answered the phone. The way she answered, she made me think she may have known me. She was so pleasant. I thanked her and told her I'm that person who calls when things are good and not just when there is an issue. Thank you Alexandria and Kyari for a top level experience. I appreciate you and your service.

I’m a big Jack’s breakfast fan. Drove past it so I figured I’d give Hardee’s a try. Biscuit was just bad and their bacon, egg, and cheese doesn’t come close to what I’m used to. I will not return to this location anytime soon.

Food and service is usually great but now they do not open for the posted hours says they open at 5:00am it's 5:32am doors are still locked
Employees were too busy yelling, refused to take orders, seemed as though they didnt want to service anyone, me and another patron were at the counter for quite a while and ended up leaving because they refused to take our order. What is the point of working in food service when you refuse to do the very job YOU ASKED FOR? If you hate it so much, QUIT. We don't want you there anyways.
