They use that time for make sure every item you order is up to the same standard of quality no matter what day you order it. The drinks do come out faster than the food most of the time as well.

The negative reviews of this place hurt my heart. We finally have a bagel place in town and it’s wonderful! It’s completely understandable that sometimes they run out of bagel flavors. The workers are always super kind and clearly hard working. I wish you’d stay open a little later because I’m not an early bird but that’s not on them.

I always come wayyy too late and they offer me extra bagels to keep them from going to waste. Truly a great staff, love this place 💖

Went there today and everything was off. I’ve been before and it was great. The last two times were not so much. The bagels were tough and not fresh. None of them were toasted. It was like chewing leather. The workers were in the back just huddled up and laughing the whole time while everyone just waited and waited for their food. If the only thing you serve is bagels, they should be fresh and toasted when made into a breakfast sandwich. I hope the do better.

This place is a mess. The bagels might be good but who knows. Waited for almost half an hour only for them to be out of plain bagels. They are unorganized, confused, and flustered. No one seems to be in charge or communicating.

They turned the online ordering off otherwise I could have saved myself the trip and the hassle. How do you run out of plain bagels by 10am on a Sunday morning???

Y’all need to get it together. But apparently the owner can only get on here and make excuses and claim customers are wrong. You should spend less time online making excuses and more time in your stores training your employees.

30 minutes to prepare a turkey melt sandwich on a summer Sunday at 11:00 when the place was not crowded.

If you wanna wait an hour for bagels after already ordering online before walking in then this should be your go to spot. They claim they’re short staffed but it wasn’t even busy in there and EVERYONE in there was waiting for their food. The place should just shut down or hire more people. The amount of folks I know that stopped going here proves that the wait isn’t worth the ok food.
