We are visiting from out of town and the kids were wanting bagels. The bagels were delicious. The service was awesome. The overall place was adorable! We will definitely come back next time we are in town!

Great place to get bagels

Paid $60 for breakfast only to receive microwaved egg and undercooked, microwave bacon.

Staff completely missed a bagel on our order and acted confused when we requested the missing item.

Bagels do not seem to be made in house. Nothing is fresh.

Seems to be the same quality as Jimmy Dean microwaved products.

Do not come here if you want fresh ingredients.

Also, this is a restaurant that requests a 20% tip just for taking your order. Maybe you should compensate your staff from your overpriced microwave products.

Ordered the most expensive bagel on the menu: the Lox Bagel ($14), which should’ve come with smoked salmon, red onion, capers, and cream cheese.
Instead, I received a plain cream cheese bagel. No salmon, no toppings, nothing close to what was advertised. 🥯

I was the only customer in the store, and I ordered online, so it wasn’t a miscommunication or a mix-up. Just plain carelessness and bad service.

❌ They took my money and didn’t even deliver the correct food. Absolutely unacceptable.

Stopped by to try this place this morning! The iced lattes are so so good, right beside customer service. The cashier was super friendly. I wish the chocolate chip bagel had more chocolate chips. I’ll be back to try a savory bagel and it’ll probably be a 5 star!

The food here has always been consistently amazing, while the wait for your food may be a little longer than expected. They use that time for make sure every item you order is up to the same standard of quality no matter what day you order it. The drinks do come out faster than the food most of the time as well.

I always get the lox bagel with coffee and never disappoints

Weekends VERY slow! 45 minutes in line then 30 min wait for our food.

The negative reviews of this place hurt my heart. We finally have a bagel place in town and it’s wonderful! It’s completely understandable that sometimes they run out of bagel flavors. The workers are always super kind and clearly hard working. I wish you’d stay open a little later because I’m not an early bird but that’s not on them.

I always come wayyy too late and they offer me extra bagels to keep them from going to waste. Truly a great staff, love this place 💖

Went there today and everything was off. I’ve been before and it was great. The last two times were not so much. The bagels were tough and not fresh. None of them were toasted. It was like chewing leather. The workers were in the back just huddled up and laughing the whole time while everyone just waited and waited for their food. If the only thing you serve is bagels, they should be fresh and toasted when made into a breakfast sandwich. I hope the do better.
