The food here has always been consistently amazing, while the wait for your food may be a little longer than expected. They use that time for make sure every item you order is up to the same standard of quality no matter what day you order it. The drinks do come out faster than the food most of the time as well.
The negative reviews of this place hurt my heart. We finally have a bagel place in town and it’s wonderful! It’s completely understandable that sometimes they run out of bagel flavors. The workers are always super kind and clearly hard working. I wish you’d stay open a little later because I’m not an early bird but that’s not on them.

I came here on my 21st birthday to hopefully have a taste of home (NY). Wasn’t what I wanted it to be, bagel was tough and everything was very dry. Maybe too high of standards maybe just caught them on the wrong day! That being said the atmosphere and staff were amazing. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Even though I wasn’t fond of the bagels I would definitely come back to try the coffee or with some friends that do enjoy it!
