I had ordered a cookie which was delivered to my house. After picking it up seconds from the box being on the front porch I had opened it and a cockroach crawled on my cookie and onto me. I had asked for a refund and they just remade the order for us which was kind but given the fact that it is unsanitary it would’ve been nice to get a refund.

Parking is not available for public customers on game day until after 5 that’s very inconvenient for your customers

I ordered Insomnia cookies thru Uber eats on 8/20/24. Brianna at the store went above and beyond to add a special note to the top of the cookie box for my son’s first day of class at U of A. She was so helpful!
The cookies were warm when delivered, and they were delivered so fast!!

Exquisite

They called like an hour before my pickup time to let me know that they were out of certain cookies. I live about 40 minutes away, so glad that called and told me. My order was exactly as a requested. They gave me the collector's boxes that I wanted. Nice location, but it's a busy area.
