Best late night sweet treat! I recommend getting the ice cream on a deluxe cookie. So good, and great in-person customer service!
They can’t sell milkshakes or cookies at this location so we ended up not getting anything. Total let down!

Really frustrated with the order placed with this store.
Ordered in door dash, order confirmed at 11:17, estimated arrived time 11:37. At 11:58pm I called the store and was told it would be between 12:15-12:30. Very frustrating with the dishonest delivery times. Do not recommend ordering with delivery from this location. I’m sure purchasing in store is better.
I ordered cookies to have them delivered and I received an empty box. I will never order from this Insomnia again.
food is always good but just got delivery and bag smelled strong of cigarette smoke.. so please don’t allow employees to smoke while working

I had ordered a cookie which was delivered to my house. After picking it up seconds from the box being on the front porch I had opened it and a cockroach crawled on my cookie and onto me. I had asked for a refund and they just remade the order for us which was kind but given the fact that it is unsanitary it would’ve been nice to get a refund.
