Great service and delicious food

The environment was laid back. My food was fresh and hot. I definitely recommend this to family and friends. Looking to going back!

Went by local tipoffs for this seafood joint; it did not disappoint! Located right off 69, about 15 miles southwest of Tuscaloosa. It was busy on a late Saturday afternoon, with more folks streaming in as we ate our dinner plates. The fried catfish platter is legit, that nice combination of flaky & flavorful & the fries were perfect. The interior does appear dated & their sign outside could use updating & repairs. Gravel driveway with decent parking space. Customer service was warm. Everyone seemed happy to eat here. Yes, I'd come back here again.

I been wanting to check this place out when it was .,a bbq place so I missed it . Went there and it new owners and fish is only on menu. Tried the trout nothing special about it no flavor fries 🍟 was cold and I waited a while no 🙂‍↔️

It's a small place with seating and parking. The parking is a gravel lot, so be careful. U can order food and have it ready when u get there, I would recommend that. It's a family owned business. Because the food is made to order, things can take a while to get out, but it's worth it.

Fish not as good as it was. The taste was off. Ordered 3 piece bone in catfish and received two whole pieces and one filet. The whole pieces of cafish had one side cut off as if that is what they are using for their filets. So I paid for 3 pieces and ended up with 1 1/2. Plus I was sick after eating there.

$40 for two lunches, 3 peice fish plates with 1 small (small) side, and 2 bottled drinks. Overpriced, in my opinion, no lemon or onions available to eat with fish. Fish was good, though. Probably wont be back due to pricing.

I go here often even though I no longer live as close as I used to. I love eating my whiting fish 3 piece plate while watching Wheel of Fortune there. I was surprised by some of low star reviews. Their descriptions made me think they have never actually eaten the food or ordered from the staff there. Everyone is nice and about their business and the fish is always perfectly fried!! I’ll see y’all tomorrow.

Purchased Lunch a whole catfish sandwich and 2 piece whiting meal with a piece of 7 up pound cake for $ 26.74 on Wednesday, August 7, 2024@11:53 am. The food was disgusting ? It tasted like it was spoiled ?.Called the establishment and spoke to the owner Mr.White He was very defensive and rude in his tune. Health Score: 81! I took the food back to the establishment. Mr. White called me a liar and talked down to me with any resolution to the situation.

This restaurant has moved locations a few times over the years. But anyone who knows about their food knows it's worth the drive to the new location in Moundville. Thankfully the new location accepts cards as payment. It's worth nothing their prices have gone up quite a bit ....
