The fish and chicken tenders are phenomenal. The coleslaw is the best I've ever had. It's sweet and wet enough to dip fries in. The portions of food are plentiful. I'd definitely go back!!
Went by local tipoffs for this seafood joint; it did not disappoint! Located right off 69, about 15 miles southwest of Tuscaloosa. It was busy on a late Saturday afternoon, with more folks streaming in as we ate our dinner plates. The fried catfish platter is legit, that nice combination of flaky & flavorful & the fries were perfect. The interior does appear dated & their sign outside could use updating & repairs. It's a small place with seating and parking. The parking is a gravel lot, so be careful. U can order food and have it ready when u get there, I would recommend that. It's a family owned business. Because the food is made to order, things can take a while to get out, but it's worth it.
