The Tuscaloosa Skyland franchise is very well run. I tried to order online on my app, but for some reason kept getting an error message. I called the manager took my order and even gave me the20% discount I would have received for ordering online. When I got there I was greeted by the manager and she was just finishing up my order. It was hot and ready to go. Thanks for the great service and good food as usual

First experience with Jacks and though we went drive through.. it's a 10 out of 10. Staff was so understanding and pleasant as my husband failed to mention no onions as I'm allergic and they very pleasantly remade my portion of the order. No mistake on staff but still apologized. You all were great and much appreciated.

Food is so delicious! A little bit of variety for everyone. Chicken buckets, chicken sandwiches, burgers, corn dogs, and perfectly seasoned fries and PIES! The strawberry cream cheese is so scrumptious! Wish we had one in central Florida!!

Love the a biscuits, The sausage was good but the eggs or fried too hard. And really had no taste even if you had salt and pepper other than that restaurant

I ordered a chicken finger snack and 2 apple pies from the drive through and I got my snack but I got strawberry pies when I called they acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up on me twice I had specifically requested apple and when they asked at the window if strawberry was fine I told them no but they still gave me strawberry This is the 3rd time I've went there and had a wrong pie because they can't label their crap right it is absolutely infuriating that I spend money on something I can't eat
