Been purchasing from this location for three years. Ashley (believe in management) makes each experience fantastic. She greets me by first name and remembers what I order and ask if I would try another item. When she is working with her coworkers they all share the same positive and helpful attitude. Food is always to perfection and restaurant is always clean and spotless. Wish more restaurants would have an Ashley to make fast food restaurant into a family diner. Thank you Jack’s.

This is by far the worst Jack’s I’ve ever been to. The evening manager is so unprofessional and inept! I have gone to the drive thru several times in the early evening only to sit at the menu screen for several minutes without any acknowledgment. I ask “is anyone there?” No answer. So as I pull around to leave, there she is with headset standing there talking to her friend at the drive thru window. I watched as cars in front of me left for the very same reason. And they are always out of something every time I go. One time they were out of straws. They sold me a drink in a paper cup with NO Straw! They literally ran out of straws and were selling drinks without telling anyone that there weren’t any straws. Idiocy! And that’s just one single example. This place only sucks because the management sucks with no accountability obviously. Don’t waste your money or time here. Very low class establishment for a Jacks particularly. That speaks volumes!

If a burger place can't serve meat patties that are hot enough to melt cheese they're probably not going to be able to do anything else correctly either. I certainly wouldn't trust them with chicken. My burger was actually cold by the way. How they achieved such an accomplishment at 11:15 a.m. on a Thursday morning is a mystery to me. And please don't tell me it's about how much people that work at Jack's get paid. Fast food restaurants were never meant to provide crew members with a living wage. These jobs are for high school and college kids, married women with children who want to supplement their income or people in between career changes.That is reserved for the top manager and up. How do you think they can afford to sell the food so cheaply?

Went here yesterday ordered the deluxe breakfast, missing the biscuit. Go there this morning says they open at 4:30am pulled in 4:45 sat at the intercom until 4:51 pulled around to the window. The girl says we are not open yet I asked when would be a good time for you? She said she didn't know to go somewhere else they had just got there to set up. This isn't the first time something like this has happened here in September had one of the girls call me a cracker because I checked my bag before pulling off. I know nothing will be done but hope this helps someone keep driving.

Jack's really isn't as great anymore but this has to be the worst of them all. You go by during "operating hours" the doors are locked. It takes 45 minutes for anyone to answer the drive thru if you're lucky enough to get anyone to answer at all. Food takes another 45 minutes & it won't even be hot. Just terrible all the way around.
I went to Jack's and the service was ok, but I order 2 breakfast deluxe and I didn't get my hash Browns I called back and they kept hanging up on me

I had the steakhouse bacon burger combo. The sandwich was good. The mushrooms and onions on the sandwich were great. The meat was not juicy, and the bun was soggy. The sweet tea was ok. The fries were hot and fresh. The young lady that took my my order had great customer service. For my first time it was good enough for me to give them another try.
