I am an honest person. And sometimes it is hard to be so Negative in a review. I do not like these types of reviews. But everything was wrong with this visit. There were two of us. And both had to send food back. One for the cashier entering the wrong sandwich, and the other for being so hard you could not eat. There were no napkins, mustard, ketchup, salt, nor pepper in the lobby. I myself filled up a few things that I found in the condiments cabinet underneath. The lobby was nice and clean. I will say that. Just a bad experience.

I went today at 11:15 am for lunch and they were only selling breakfast such a waste of my time and they rushed me to order lady was rude y only selling breakfast so late every where else sells lunch at 1030 or 11

We webt throufh the drive through and orderes our food ect. After that, we pulled around but aince we had ordered shakes they asked us to pull up a little and wait so we did. Thenthe lady behind us couldnt get to the wibdow or something and so they tried to get her to honk her horn at us to get us to move but they had told us to pull there and wait. . . Then they bring us icecream in a cup, barely seasoned fries. And burgers were right but so then he asks for the person to bring us two small things of some jacks FRY SALT my husband went i side to get it sebse we had waited almost 10 minutes for fry salt they see him and point at the coubter to small cups there with some orange sauce in it so we were like well okay then yall are ignorant. But he was so fkustered by this point we jyst left honestky id rather go to the one in oxford they are way better or talladega.

Did not receive part of our order. It felt like the lady up front either didn't care what she was doing or didn't know what she was doing. Very aggravating to pay for something and only get half of it.

Slowest, most disorganized Jacks in the state. Waited 10+ minutes for a sausage egg cheese biscuit, probably one of their most popular breakfast items.
The only reason I didn't give the last star is because I had to wait on them to make some grits for my order.That took a little time, if you ever made grits, you know about how long that takes.Good filling breakfast, grits with cheese and sausage gravy on them, smoked sausage, could be a little more spicy, a extra egg, a biscuit and a side order of ham.All this, reasonably priced.Tasty and filling breakfast .Check them out.

I had the absolute worst day at work today, and all I wanted on my way home was a milkshake. I pulled in at 9:18pm and was informed that they “already cut off the ice cream machine for the night,” even though the store is supposed to be open until 10. Really disappointedAfter the owner promptly responded to my complaint, I decided to give them another chance tonight, thinking that the issue may have been handled. Nope. Tonight I came an hour earlier at 8:30pm and ordered a milkshake and was rudely informed, “we don’t have milkshakes.” Why are they on the menu then???

Apparently asking them not to give you grits on your plate is scoffed at and they give you extra grits. But the biscuits are good though.
