We received our meal for mid breakfast and the food was delicious! We went thru the drive through which had only two cars ahead of us! So, the line moved along really fast. Thank Goodness, after Three hours on the road traveling, we were hungry! So these nice hot meals were welcome! Everyone enjoyed the buttery hot homemade biscuits and grape jam. We had no problems or complaints! “HAPPY FRIDAY BREAKFAST!”

Stopped at the drive though got 2 big jacks 2 large fries and 2 vanilla shakes. Shakes were great. The 2 fries we got were small not large and both burgers we overcooked and burnt and hard to eat.

I went into jacks on university sept 27th. The young girl said the lobby was closed. Mind you it’s game day and it’s a few customers already inside the lobby so I walked out and went through the drive thru. Get to the drive thru and I asked for the wings. Whoever took my order said “ we ain’t nomo wings” . I said ok and continue to look at the menu. She got back on the headset and said “ you heard me? We ain’t got nomo wings. At that point I drove off. That night crew is not it at all. Last time I asked for my wings to be cook to order and it wasn’t.

Food was good ordered a breakfast platter and a pancakes via Uber Eats…and I was just wondering if pancakes came with syrup because I didn’t get any and does the platter come with utensils or should I just use my hands….Just need to know if I decided should ask for something to eat with and ask for syrup for my pancakes? I honestly thought those items came with it….

Never been to Jacks. Probably won’t go back. The fries were as salty as the girl behind the counter taking orders. That is very salty. The chicken tenders (?) were hard and dry, seemed like they had sat out for a while and lost their fresh flavors. This is assuming they had flavor when they were fresh, I wouldn’t know. Not a huge fan, don’t think a return visit is in my future…..ever. I would rather eat Burger King fries, that’s how bad it was.

This by is the worst food I've ever had! Horrible horrible horrible. First I pull up and have to wait for a few minutes. Not a big deal but just say wait a second. I almost drove off. I should have. My mistake! The lady finally takes my order, the girl at the window was very nice. Other than that I got to work. This small piece of chicken was a joke. I took a bite it literally was hard as a rock. I had to throw it in the trash. It really was the worst food I've ever had when it comes to how hard it was. That should be against the law to serve anything like that. I'm serious how can a restaurant sell garbage like that, Then the coffee was old and burnt, plus way to much syrup.. blasaa my gosh I'm still trying to get that taste out of my mouth. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. I'd see of you can even avoid driving by the restaurant itself, it's that bad. If mcdonald is beating you in quality it's time to close your doors. Just close the business guys, it's over.

We came to this Jack’s hoping for a quick meal to lift our spirits. My friend had been having a bad day, and with a baby in the car we thought grabbing food here would be simple and a nice way to cheer her up. Instead, it turned into one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.
We ordered two drinks. One cup had a hole in it and the other had a fly floating inside. That alone is disgusting and inexcusable. I asked if we could get something complimentary after that, but the manager, Briana, coldly said the replacement drinks were all she would give us. No apology, no concern, no accountability — just attitude. She acted like the situation was nothing, when in reality it was unsanitary and unacceptable. When I asked an employee for her name, Briana cut in with, “ma’am, you could’ve asked me my name,” which only made her look more unprofessional. The employees clearly felt embarrassed and tried to be kind, but Briana’s behavior showed she did not care at all about customers or standards.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, we then waited around 10 minutes for our food. When it finally came, it was sloppy, thrown together, and unappetizing. My Big Jack even had a giant chunk of tomato just tossed on it like they didn’t care. At that point, the whole experience felt careless from start to finish.
What should have been a simple meal for comfort turned into a stressful, disgusting, and frustrating ordeal. Between the dirty drinks, the lack of accountability, the rude manager, and the poor quality of food, this visit was absolutely terrible. This location is clearly being dragged down by unprofessional management, and it shows.

the little lady with the neck tattoo cleaning the dinning area was absolutely beautiful, my two chicken sandwiches were good, but I would much rather have unwrapped her pie, cake and milkshakes,
Made the mistake of trying this location one last time. Manager looked at me, didn't speak or even acknowledge I existed. Girl at register walked away when I walked up. Waited and waited, finally gave up and they just stared as I walked out. It's been since last year that I actually successfully placed an order. Won't be back. Not sure how this location is still open.

This was the worst experience. Our entire order was wrong at the window. They went back-and-forth on what I said, I ordered and I clearly know what I ordered the lady on the speaker is mumbled. You cannot hear what they are saying. She blamed it on the headset. Food was very cold. Bread was hard on my burger. Chicken wings we're cold too as if they have been sitting there for a couple of hours.
