The crew there could have 100 customers in the lobby and 50 in the drive-through and they’re going to move at the same pace…which is insanely slow. Avoid this location if there’s any kind of line.

Had A line just knew the food was going to be hot ordered A Big Jack Combo added cheese got home no cheese on the burger no taste look like they got the fries from the bottom of the barrel tried to call them and complain they didn’t answer phone even the pies didn’t have A taste 12.00 down the drain I will not eat at the Alberta store anymore just Awful

The drive thru service was terrible. The worker at the window was on his phone the entire time and barely spoke. He spilled our drink on us and then walked away like it didn’t happen. Never going back.

Took an extra 10-15 min for our food (like always). Mac and cheese is half empty, cheese on burgers aren’t melted, and fries weren’t full. Ridiculous, EVERY time we go there’s a problem with our order.

I’ve been to this location twice and each time i’ve had to wait 30 minutes on my order. The most recent time not only did I wait 30 minutes but my sauce wasn’t in the bag and I ordered a large fry and was given a regular portion. This is not up to standard for any Jacks I have been to.
