I have to go inside because my van is too tall for the drive-thru. I have been in twice and didn't receive any acknowledgment. Everyone wanted to huddle by the office and maybe have a meeting? Possibly on customer service?

I haven’t been to Jacks in a while, but I normally used to go all the time now I remember why we buy these things on the on the menu and they barely put anything in either in the cup or in the fries I mean like come on man and we pay more food and drinks and we’re not getting what we’re paying for like come on. The all-American dream cheating people all the time.

dine in is supposed to stay open until 11 but they are closing 3 hours early? awful service from night shift workers.
They know how to move a line! Fast friendly service at the drive thru. Great Jack's taste in a close to campus location. Stays busy but never a long wait, dine in or drive thru. Convenient to 15th Street, Greensboro, and Queen City for a fast, tasty work lunch. Or grab a buttery hot biscuit before your first class! Can't go wrong with this Jack's!

Double check everything in your order before leaving the drive through. Order was missing chicken pieces, fries were cold and soft, gave me regular instead of diet soda, All on the same order. really disappointing
