Not sure if they were just having a bad day but the food was horrible. The hash browns were half crunchy while others were soggy, the coffee had a terrible taste as if the machine hadn't been clean and the grits were nasty. Got to do better than that! This is the South and southerner's are known for great breakfast. We dined on and it was so uncomfortable because they had it so cold inside not even the coffee warmed me up.

When I first got the classic wings they were perfect and hot. Next time was terrible, as if they had been fried twice. Today I got them they taste like they were fried in burnt oil. Terrible. Got a cookie and I might as well was eating cookie dough. Wasn’t done.

Went to this location trusting service and food similar to other locations but the service and food was not acceptable. My roommate and another female customer became violently ill after drinking the sweet tea. I didn't realize it was the sweet tea until I became ill. Food didn't seem fresh but prepared for a lunch rush that never came. Contacted tellittijacks with no response nor a response from corporate. By Jacks.
