I have been waiting for at least 20 minutes on BISCUITS. We are not happy and have places to be considering it being 45$ I would suspect better service. I will not be back! 💔🥀

Husband ordered a sausage biscuit and ham biscuit for me. Instead of ham I was given a chicken biscuit. Didn't find out until we got to the vet's office. Not what I ordered not happy. Need to cut down the yelling and complaining and do your job

I came here for lunch and got the big meal deal. This is the best my food has ever tasted! And I tend to have low expectations for this location. But everything was hot and fresh! And the lady at the window was very kind and they gave me plenty of napkins without having to ask.

Stood in line for a couple of minutes all the employees just looked at me. At one point and ignored me didnt even say hold on one minute someone will be with you.
Love the food but 2 trips in a row through the drive through were totally screwed up! Wrong chicken, one had only one side, and no sauces at all! May sound trivial but it was only 3 meals and they were all wrong!! Apparently they don’t care what they hand out the window to customers!!

It makes no sense how terrible this Jack's is at customer service. They can't even get a plain sandwich correct. Check your bag before you leave, no matter what time of the day, you'll be missing food and everything that's there will be messed up. If you want Jack's, drive ANYWHERE else. This place is terrible.
