4/10/24 Food was fresh hot delicious had Fajitas nachos i could have just ordered that but we didn't it was super packed and live at dinner time by 7pm ish waitress was nice and helpful because it was our 1st time he spent around44.00 it was worth it will be back for the gumbo next..Parking: you will have to park atleast a half of block away unless you are bless to pull up when someone is backing out ?

I love it here! The music is on point, and they have really good customer service. The food omg and the drinks are even better. My favorite is the steak & shrimp dirty rice bowl.
This place was recommended by someone at the UA welcome center and we decided to give it a try. We were very happy with our choice. We arrived right when it opened so we were the only people there. The service was great, the food was amazing and the atmosphere and decor was fun.We ordered the three tacos (al pastor, tilapia and chicken), the Big Mad Wolf burrito (too much to eat for one meal) and the Fajita Gumbo - their "signature dish". All were great and we were all happy with the food and the value of the food. The chips and salsa were great too.This is a fabulous place to eat and they are opening a bar next door next week.

If I was able to give this experience zero stars, I would not hesitate. Our waitress was very polite and attentive, but as soon as we got our entrees, things took a turn for the worse. We were sitting at our table, and as soon as our order came out, my friend and I became drenched with water discharge from their HVAC freezing up. The table behind us also got very wet. We did not complain, or cause any grief, we simply moved to another table. As we began to finish our meal our waitress informed us that we would not be obligated to our check, which I believe is good business, especially given my extensive background in the food and drink industry and I would have never expected one of my customers in my business to pick up their tab after such an incident.As we were getting ready to leave, our waitress informed us that we would actually have to pay our check in full, but the table directly behind us would not be obligated to pay their check. Instead, we were offered free shots which I was not interested in. At the end of the day it was not about the cost of the meal, because I was ready to pay for that anyways. Its a matter of principle at this point, and the reality is this is bad business, and a business that is not built on ethics. I will be sure to never return to this place and I hope others take the time to read this lengthy review.

Let me say I expected great food & ambiance based on previous reviews, maybe it was the tequila drinks they offer?. Not sure. We came to Jalepenos at the recommendation of an associate at the visitors guide and the previous reviews over a different restaurant. If only we had known that this was not authentic Mexican cuisine. Complimentary chips & salsa are provided but note that they are like store bought chips & the salsa was so bland. Ordered individual tacos & individual burrito. I was asked if I wanted soft tacos, which I said yes. Tacos came in a flour tortilla. Nothing on the menu mentioned that nor was I told. The grilled Chicken in both the burrito & tacos was over seasoned and salty. They focus more on tequila drinks & wine so beer options were minimal and had no local beers. Unfortunately the Service was not great either . If looking for true authentic Mexican I cannot recommend this place.

Five stars! Nailed it! Five for five! Food, atmosphere, service, cocktails, and price. Huge side orders of beans and rice. Very shareable. Guac was fresh and flavorful. Steak street tacos were huge, steak was tender and well seasoned. Very delicious. Jalapeño, cucumber, Mezcal margarita was off the chain. Added cilantro for an extra touch. Outstanding.! Will be back!

Luis our favorite server is excellent! Their food though not so much. We ended up sending back what we originally ordered and got their speciality fajita gumbo. It left much to be desired. Their drinks are excellent 10/10 I guess if you have enough drinks maybe you'll think the food is good.

Taco salad with chicken very good. Chips.........the worst ever. Service was excellent even with a full house. Mexican decor but not overwhelming. Wish I could give more stars but when ichips are usually the first thing you eat and they're awful you wonder about food that's coming.
The food was great and the drinks were awesome!! I also enjoyed the ambience. It was a nice day, so we sat outside.

Me and two friends were immediately sat on the patio, which was great. We were sat at a table that was so wobbly which wasn’t a huge deal, but annoying. It was duct taped up. The server comes to us and he seems aggravated the whole night. I asked for another drink while we were eating and he finally remembered to bring it right before he brought the checks. He drops the checks off and just STANDS over us to get our money! At that point the two young people stacking tables outside (30 minutes before close) they are slamming chairs and tables to stack them. They came over to us 12 minutes BEFORE close and told us “sorry we are closed and was trying to tell us to get up and leave. I told him we are about to. I was trying to finish my drink. It was Just rude!! I have ran restaurants and served before and I’ve never been somewhere so unprofessional to kick people out before closing. Keep in mind, we got there at 7:45 and they close at 9:30. It took that long for service to get food and drinks, so it wasn’t like we showed up late or stayed over any amount of time too long. So To be kicked out before closing was ridiculous! We were out of there before 9:30.

Great lunch experience. Sat outside for lunch. Service was great although the inside was packed. You have to try the pork belly tacos. Best thing in town.The three salsa dip is a must to please everybody.Wonderful flavor.
