Update: They did reach out and I have not received a refund like Quita Thomas promised.
Love the food and I eat there often, but this is the second time I’ve been in the curve side and my items are missing. I would call and as soon I recognize my items are gone I called and ensured a refund over the phone. This time I paid attention to the transaction and No refund after pending payment. This is over $20 from both transactions. If you have money to give away go there.

I got the manager's special half a carmela sandwich and a cup of spicy seafood gumbo and they were awesome!
