EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I just stood in the “to go check out area for over 20minutes!! The guy never came over to ask ANYTHING !! He continued to allow the dining in order line to process , even though I had been standing there that long!! I eventually just left! Like where is customer service??????? And last time I ate here they charged my credit card twice!

My brother and I ate lunch at Jason's Deli in Tuscaloosa today. It was my first time eating at Jason's Deli here. I ordered the Beefeater sandwich. It was terrible. The sandwich is a roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese, and you get au jus to dip the sandwich in. The beef was tasteless and sliced too thick . The beef was tough and rubbery. It smelled almost like it was old meat? I tried to soldier through half the sandwich, but I just couldn't palate it. The service was great at the deli. My brother enjoyed his salad. I won't be in any hurry to return there, considering this was my first experience there.

It is about 8:50 pm, we eat for dinner. I caught the 1 girl like 5 or 6 yr old and 1 boy like 8 or 9 yr old kids touching everything the food salad bar and ice cream I told no to the little girl for touch the foods her brother tap her she take her hand off the food. They walked away. Kids's mother was in the restroom and didn't watch her kids. I let u know. The manager or owner need look a record camera I show proof. Thanks

Jason fixed my phone with just a few Questions.. Less than 45 minutes later I have a newly diagnosed problem ,He deleted a few apps that ,I didn't know how they get on my phone fixed.. it charges faster, and it doesn't get hot anymore..

Me and my grandma are trying different sandwich places around town and Jason's Deli hit every mark for us. My grandma enjoyed the tuna on toasted white and I had the beefeater. They were so filling and the sweet tea was so good. The gentleman that waited on us was very nice and I really appreciated that. Jason's deli goes to the top of the list.
