This jersey mikes is the best! I was stuck in traffic and my sandwich was sitting for about an hour. They happily remade it for me! The workers were all very kind and understanding. Definitely will be choosing to go to this location when I can.

Chuck was rude and racist towards a white man who is married to a African American woman refusing to give change for 100 knowing he has change in the office they did not have a sign refusing to take 6l50s and 100s I have had this problem before with the same employee all other jersy mikes in my area will have change and give it with no problems

I absolutely love jersey mikes and have always thought they made great food. Usually they are timely, however, my most recent visit proved to be a huge disappointment. After ordering online and receiving the notification my order was ready, I had to wait 45 minutes in the store for them to finish my order. 45 minutes for a sandwich is absolutely unacceptable, especially when they were not even busy and my order was supposed to be ready. Very disappointed and not coming back if it continues to take that long to make a sandwich. In addition, the staff and manager of this establishment did absolutely nothing to remedy this situation and were INCREDIBLY rude. A total disappointment of a meal.

The sandwiches are always fresh. I love the way they cut the meat in front of you when you order. I cringe thinking about other sandwich shops that have pre-sliced meat wrapped up in paper and left sitting out all day. The staff at the Caroline Street location are awesome people. No matter what day or time of day, they are always vibing.
Jersey Mikes is the best no comparison to subway or jimmy johns if you want a real sandwich then go to Jersey Mike’s

Very rude employees. Waiting 15 minutes until they opened because I wanted to try the sandwiches only to be greeted by rude employees who seemed annoyed that I was there. They told me I would have to wait until they finished a large catering order before I could place an oder. Needless to say, I ended at Firehouse Subs.
