I’ll keep it simple. I love jersey mikes subs but don’t even bother with the mobile app at least around lunchtime. They just ignore your order anytime someone walks in it took me over half an hour to get food whereas people walking in were getting it on the spot. I don’t know if it’s a staffing problem or what, but just a complete and utter waste of time for a sandwich.

The food itself was decent enough but the people were just awful. The guy greeting, I believe someone said his name was Gary, sounded so aggressive when greeting the customers. When we walked in he sounded like he just didn’t want to be there, not sure how far into his shift he was so it could be understandable but I expect to be treated better when giving my service to someone. People were on their phones and holding all kinds of conversations. I enjoy seeing employees able to have fun at work but it’s different when you’re barely paying attention to customers. The Gary fellow was the worst of all though, he couldn’t even smile at anyone and acted as though he couldn’t care less about having customers. I will not be going back to this store if that’s how they act towards their customers.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I think there is a big opportunity for improvement here so I wanted to share my feedback. I love Jersey Mikes and have been to many different locations all across the US and this is the first bad experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a sandwich for myself and then asked the staff if they could just melt some cheese on some bread for my kids. Essentially a toasted sandwich with only cheese. The staff wasn’t very friendly at all and I got the impression that they could do this, but just didn’t want to. I would have paid the price of 2 more regular sandwiches if they had accommodated the request and I also would have left a much more generous tip. That is lost revenue for the store because I ended up not getting them anything. The bread on my sandwich was also stale and very crumbly, it kind of just fell apart and crumbled everywhere when I picked it up. Very disappointing experience, but hopefully this feedback helps bring about some positive change.

Miracle (the manager) and the staff are the BEST!! Awesome customer service!! Miracle was so helpful when I accidentally sent my lunch order to the wrong location (The Strip). She made things right without thinking twice. Miracle is so thoughtful and caring!! 😃😃

I would not recommend working other than to get in and get out honestly. I was just recently working there and the area direct supervisor bounces off the wall too much it’s not even called for, he only hires the female women that are young if it is because nobody wants to work there I’m pretty sure and I’m pretty positive it is just the way it looks. They fired someone who is servesafe certified because he claimed it was profanity used but to be honest those kids aren’t old enough to be acting the way they acting like I don’t allow kids to be growner than me, they ignored me every time I asked a question other than what up, how old are you only. I don’t recommend it. Nothing is ok with that store

Let me start by saying that I usually only leave reviews when I'm able to boost a business, not hurt it, but this is totally unacceptable. I would give zero stars if allowed. I have never eaten at Jersey Mike's and will probably never do so again. My coworker and I unexpectedly had to extend our 12-hour shift and were struggling to find a meal for the evening. We decided to try Jersey Mike's. My dear hubby, who had also worked a very long day but was now off work, agreed to go out to bring us dinner. Attached, you will see a photo of my hot chicken sub as it looked when I opened it, and my husband's didn't look any better. They were soggy, smashed, and did not taste good at all!! Sadly, I opened mine after the drop off, and I was not going to ask my husband to go back for a redo. He said he threw his away and ate something at home. I had no choice but to try to at least eat a portion so I could complete my late shift. This made me so sad. Jersey Mike's, if you are reading this, please do better!!!

Compared to the JM on University of Alabama, this is the best one in town. Such a clean and great atmosphere. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended
