Was in immediately after opening so I was the only customer. Young man with dark curly hair made my husband’s sandwich. Got home and my husband opened it and immediately found hair in it. I would recommend Visors not be apart of uniform and to make sure employees have change in their till.

I really enjoy this sandwich place, but I just got the Hot Honey Chicken Cheesesteak and it’s hands down the worst sandwich I’ve had in the decades I’ve been walking this planet. Jesus tap dancing Christ I can’t believe this sandwich is in mass production. Hey Jersey Mikes headquarters, let me get your weed guys number cause you gotta be smoking the fire-est of the fire to come up with something like this disgusting abomination of a sandwich. Do better, guys.
Unfortunately the crew seems to have a bad attitude. They did not come off as friendly or customer service oriented. They forgot the bacon and didn't seem pleased to be called out.

Just had my first Philly here from my man Gary. Customer service 10/10. Philly cheese steak. 10/10.
I stopped by Jersey Mike’s and had a great experience. I was greeted with a friendly hello as soon as I walked in, and later, the manager (Gary) came over and introduced himself, which I really appreciated. I ordered the #17, and let me just say—it was absolutely delicious. The portion was perfect, and it was cooked just right. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We stop at this location all the time!! It’s always clean and the staff is always so nice. We have come to know Gary over the years that we have been going and he is awesome. They are very professional and service is wonderful. I highly recommend this location.

None of the staff was working together. The lady slicing the tomatoes should have helped the one young lady taking orders, making the subs, and checking customers out. I felt so bad for her.
Another one surfaced from the back but she was really slow.
Bathrooms needed attention and the fountain drink machine didn't dispense soda, just sprayed club soda everywhere.
It doesn't seem like there was a manager on duty, but if they were they weren't working to get the line moving faster.
SUGGESTION: Create a back kitchen for online orders. In store customers were having to wait for the online orders to be made. I saw a handful of customers leave frustrated over the wait.

I’ll keep it simple. I love jersey mikes subs but don’t even bother with the mobile app at least around lunchtime. They just ignore your order anytime someone walks in it took me over half an hour to get food whereas people walking in were getting it on the spot. I don’t know if it’s a staffing problem or what, but just a complete and utter waste of time for a sandwich.

I've only tried the steak philly once but from now on I'll purchase the chicken Philly only,,,simply because I'm a higher grade steak eater sorry
The food itself was decent enough but the people were just awful. The guy greeting, I believe someone said his name was Gary, sounded so aggressive when greeting the customers. When we walked in he sounded like he just didn’t want to be there, not sure how far into his shift he was so it could be understandable but I expect to be treated better when giving my service to someone. People were on their phones and holding all kinds of conversations. I enjoy seeing employees able to have fun at work but it’s different when you’re barely paying attention to customers. The Gary fellow was the worst of all though, he couldn’t even smile at anyone and acted as though he couldn’t care less about having customers. I will not be going back to this store if that’s how they act towards their customers.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I think there is a big opportunity for improvement here so I wanted to share my feedback. I love Jersey Mikes and have been to many different locations all across the US and this is the first bad experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a sandwich for myself and then asked the staff if they could just melt some cheese on some bread for my kids. Essentially a toasted sandwich with only cheese. The staff wasn’t very friendly at all and I got the impression that they could do this, but just didn’t want to. I would have paid the price of 2 more regular sandwiches if they had accommodated the request and I also would have left a much more generous tip. That is lost revenue for the store because I ended up not getting them anything. The bread on my sandwich was also stale and very crumbly, it kind of just fell apart and crumbled everywhere when I picked it up. Very disappointing experience, but hopefully this feedback helps bring about some positive change.
