Delivery from this Jimmy Johns is pretty fast usually on Monday when I sometimes order. I did just receive potato salad clearly saying "use by 11/2" and today is the 5th, so maybe check your stuff way more often and don't give out expired product.

Took an hour to get my order. Ordered online for "freaky fast" delivery because I had a work meeting coming up in an hour. They didn't show up within the hour, had to leave for my meeting. It was there when I got back. Not only was it not freaky fast, it was ridiculously slow. I could've ordered a full meal from a sit-down restaurant off of doordash in that time. Terrible. Tried calling and they put me on hold for five minutes.

Don’t bother ordering Uber eats or any delivery with them. There is no communication in the Uber eats app - they’re a disconnected entity and it’s not like a typical Uber eats delivery. It may say estimated 10-20 min delivery but it will actually be 1-2 hours and they won’t tell you anything. They don’t pick up the phone and they give excuses if someone does pick up the phone. I tried 3 different times with them and it was the same run around each time. Avoid this place. They don’t have enough workers or drivers and can’t do the job. Bad franchise location. This one and the one down the road are both terrible. They also forgot half the things I ordered on the one delivery that did finally show 1.5 hours later.

Short story we got sick after ordering. We ordered late night on 07/06/22 and we both still have diarrhea. It is now the 8th. Me and my significant other haven’t shared any other meals because we both work long hours. So, I know for a fact this is where the food poisoning came from. I also called today to speak to the manager, but, was told they were busy even after I said this was a sanitation and safety issue. I used to love this jimmy johns but their quality has drastically declined. I gave them another chance after swearing I would never go back. I learned my lesson. They didn’t even get my info to contact me back. As a food establishment when someone reports a food borne illness you should take it seriously.
