Took actually 20 minutes for them to make a sandwich. They served a total of 5 people in that 20 minutes. Cashier literally did not speak to me while ordering. 3 of 4 employees working in the store were literally just walking in circles without doing any work. Might have been amusing, but instead it meant I didn’t get to eat my damn lunch.

Oh, and only half of the sandwich had bacon and provolone, both of which I was charged extra for.

Unacceptable experience for a restaurant pricing itself on speed. Guess I won’t be gambling with my 30 minute lunch break at this restaurant any more. So much for Freaky Fast.

The last few times I have visited this location my order has been wrong. I order a cheese sandwich. It gets them sideways. I tell them. Cheese and bread. Nothing else. I never receive a receipt. My totals are always different. There is definitely some shady business going on in this business. The franchise owner would do well to pay an undercover visit to this location.

I visited in late March. The manger took my order. It took an excessive amount of time considering there was no other customer. He gave me an entirely different meal than I ordered. When I told the other worker, the manager came over and loudly argued with me about it. He even followed me to the register as I was receiving my refund, yelling the entire time. Most unprofessional sandwich shop I've seen. Haven't been back since and don't plan it.

Went to the drive thru and ordered two of the new chicken sandwiches. I noticed they were looking for something while making my sandwich didn't think anything of it get home that night go to eat our sandwiches and they have no chicken in either. We call and get Arianna she said she remembers putting chicken we offered to bring it in and show her she says no. what do you want to do about it. We asked for a refund she said she would a month later still nothing I feel like I was stolen from will never go back

When I walked in there was a single customer awaiting their order. It took a couple minutes for someone to a acknowledge me, no big deal. The drive thru must have been somewhat busy as I noticed the girl working it “rolling her eyes” and huffing. I later found out her name was Catherine. I knew I was in fro a treat at this point. She comes over and asks me for my order, I tell her I only wanted two loaves of bread, she refused me service saying that she “couldn’t”. I have bought bread here many times, and I always call in the order if I’m getting a large amount of bread or sandwiches. If you can’t sell two loaves of bread, you aren’t running your business appropriately. Catherine is not an employee I would hire at the business I manage. Poor customer service.

RUDE! If you only want to work the drive through customer lock the door ! We waited to place our order for about 10 minutes should have walked out then because we were the only people in the store,then the lady was very rude with us taking our order and wouldn't let us finish telling her what we wanted or didn't want on the sandwich and slammed them on the counter needless to say we will not be back!!!

Ordered a new wrap not worth $10 at all. Very little meat too much sauce and wrap was very small.. I wish I could get my money
