Tonight I ordered delivery, and though a few items were missing I called to see what they could do. They were absolutely amazing at making up for the mistake and completely professional and then some. They sent a driver to deliver the missing items, then called to make sure I received them. Absolutely amazing, other Tuscaloosa restaurants should take a note from this company.

I went to this location, and the staff was amazing. There was a homeless lady outside, and she wasn't bothering anyone but I couldn't pass up anyone needing something to eat. I let them know that I was getting something to eat for her and they were absolutely wonderful about it, and even putting in extra things that I hadn't even asked for. It was a team effort and they were very caring, so they have a customer for life with me.

The food is great! The service is alright. And the atmosphere is amazing!!! I love all the writings on the walls. I have a rewards account with Jimmy Johns and if you like free chips or pickles it's great. However I would like for it to reward a free sandwich after so many purchases... My fiance and I have spent almost 100 a week one time eating here every single day. That's how yummy it is. I think that they should check their bread before they make the sandwich to make sure it's not too hard. That has happened a couple times but other than that, I have no other complaints :)

Was standing there and waiting on my food. Workers were talking to eachother and looking at me. As someone who has worked in food for 4 years, I think it’s sad to act like that. Being kind on the job is free. Also standing there and texting while I’m waiting on my food is crazy. This is why jersey mikes is better. Sorry not sorry

All of the people people on shift 10pm except the (person working window I had no involvement with him) Sept 23 where rude walked in and they said nothing I ask them how it’s going he has a horrible attitude idk if there was having a bad day or what but I feel like it’s kinda unacceptable (it’s usually never like this it was just this one time)

Today was my 1st time eating a sub from jimmy John's. I went through the drive through but the cashier at the window was a very nice guy. And the food is absolutely amazing. Seriously the best sub I've had. The white bread was really good. Thanks.

I come to this jimmy johns all the time and never had this experience. I ordered my usual sandwich, then heard no response for two minutes. Once the employee was back I repeated my order and the man working the drive through was making a joke about 9/11 (inappropriate and I don’t know you at all… so to be making jokes..) Then the woman in front of me had a cow because all of her sandwiches were wrong (i’m thinking they may have accidentally given her mine) and when I came to the window they gave me a sandwich I (#1) did not order, and #2 looked like the sandwich the lady before me gave back (looked like it was re-wrapped). Which was also not what I ordered. I wonder how many cycles of new management they’ll have before they close this location.. Please stop hiring man children that don’t care about their jobs!

I ordered a sandwich on Thursday August 15, 2024...well it took almost an hour to get here, and then I check my bank statement & the driver awarded himself a $5tip. So after a delivery fee & an additional $5 tip, it cost more than the sandwich. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.

Asked for a slim 4. Turkey and cheese. Got ham. I literally get 2 things on my sandwich, but didn’t open the sandwich until I drove away.

Service is horrible. There is one middle aged man that is rude and talked to us like we were dumb. My boyfriend asked for a napkin and the guy said ā€œon the end of the table.ā€ He couldn’t find it and the worker replied ā€œcome on buddy, it’s right thereā€ treating him like a child. The napkins were located on the workers side of the counter, he had to reach over and get one. Working in the food industry, my boyfriend would assume that it’s not his place to reach over the counter. My friend also asked a question about one of the signs on the wall and got a rude response. Definitely did not feel welcome here!
