Went here last week because it's close by my house. I asked if they are still offering the make your sandwich a combo after 2pm, the guy told me no and I'm not sure why everyone keep coming here asking that. I said well a email was sent to me on Jan. 16th, he said oh well I'm sorry that ended last month and not sure why you got that email. So I said thank you and went to the one on 15th street, ask the same question and the guy said, oh yes ma'am that offer is still available. I usually like going to the one on 15th and know I see. Maybe this location not doing the offer anymore.

Does every freaking cookie have to have white chocolate chips?! Pumpkin, peppermint, red velvet. CANT EVEN HAVE A REGULAR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE. I'm surprised they didn't throw a few into the oatmeal raisin cookie for fun. THE ONLY cookie that should have white chocolate chips is the Rasberry Cheesecake cookie AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THAT ONE!!!

Also I keep going in and asking for a meatball sub and they never have it. It's literally on the freaking menu why are yall always out.

Getting rid of the bottled lemonade, THE MOST POPULAR ITEM ON THE MENU, and replacing it with FREEZING COLD PASTA SALAD. What horrible menu decisions. No Diet Dr Pepper. Boo.

No Dijon mustard. No pepperoni. No personal pizzas. No microwave or toaster oven or way to heat up my sandwich, but I've seen them making pizza in the ovens. ?

This sandwich shop is a complete joke.

i usually place a delivery order but these last few times i decided to go in , first the man who is always there didn’t even acknowledge us im assuming he is the manager .. when we walked in didn’t greet us or anything . we stood at the counter waiting for him to say something he just continued doing something else before taking our order…. i love jimmy johns i eat it all the time but the costumer service sucks .

Placed my order on the app. Got there 22 minutes later- not ready- not even started. Stood there for about 10 minutes and nothing came out of the kitchen. The sandwich maker looked lost and the manager was just watching her. I asked them to cancel it and refund me bc I was in a hurry. That's why I pick Jimmy John's. It's def not the high quality gourmet sandwiches. They're fine but the entire point is they're supposed to be freaky fast. Not 30 minutes and you still haven't even looked at my order.I still need a refund and y'all need to fix this hot mess of a store.

Rachel took care of me she recommended the tuna sandwich her pleasant spirit glows I know customer service Been working in it for years. She won me over to start coming more often to JJ thanks for recommending the Tuna and I love Tuna... Also the sandwich is super Good ?Huey2-8-23

Always a great meal at Jimmy John’s. I had the Italian night club today. What a phenomenal sandwich, and I had the small one and it filled me up tremendously.

Food is good however there is this one driver who watches to see if you are writing in a tip. If you don’t, she asks if you would like to leave one. I understand they work for tips but the way she asks is rude to me. Makes me not want to order.
