Poor service great juice. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in I felt like I was bothering her when I ordered. She let out deep breath like I wasn’t in a for profit business. She started doing something else then remembered she didn’t give me straws walked back over and basically tossed them. It says A Happy family business business but that young lady must be the step child.

I have been a customer of Juice Bar since they've opened 5 years ago. My husband and I drink Juice Bar juice 7 days a week. And if we miss a day, it is because we are not in town. I've been to many juice bars across the US and in Europe, and this is by far the best one. I honestly feel that way. With that said, Juice Bar definitely has the best juice in all of Tuscaloosa and it definitely has the highest nutritional quality too. They just have good recipes and good quality ingredients. And these are things I truly value. Since I've been drinking their juice, my overall health has improved significantly. I will spare you the details. I don't know what i would do without this Juice Bar. I've also met every single employee they have ever had and I've never once had terrible customer service in all the years I've gone there. It is true that the Juice Bar employees have a lot to do when making one of the juices or bowls from scratch, and it is hard to balance that with new customers coming in, but I've never once been treated poorly, never once had my order messed up, never once hated what I ordered, never once had a bad experience IN ALL MY YEARS OF BEING A CUSTOMER. So, if you want a product that is truly good for your health and tastes great, Juice Bar is it. Their products are the best in town.

Strawberry smoothie was DELICIOUS! The young ladies inside were cleaning which I found highly unprofessional since they are also making smoothies and bowls inside the truck at the same time!

The restaurant was clean and the server was nice, but the beverage I got was HORRIBLE! I understand that vegan variations of food don't always taste like the original, but it tasted like straight mud water. I also got food poisoning. If you're looking for healthy food choice DO NOT COME HERE!!!

This way by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never even written a review for a restaurant, but in this case, I felt like something needed to be said. This cost $11! I was shocked. To begin, the employee ignored me for over 5 minutes before taking my order. I was the only person in the store. I had to ask her if there was someone to take my order. She never even spoke, and then handed me this, a half done bowl for $11. DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Can't go lower. My sister took me here to try said she loved it. Watching the girl to the blending drops the part of the blender on the floor continues what she was doing then reaches down picks up without washing or even wiping off uses it to continue processing my juices . That's was it bad enough the floor hadn't been cleaned in awhile. But I definitely didn't want to drink off it. We cancelled order got money back and they have lost a long time customer and I will never go there again.

I received a smoothie with fingernails in it. This is disgusting and the place should be shut down. We are in a literal pandemic and juice bar put someone’s fingernails in my smoothie. Since there is no way to reply I can provide photos of the fingernails that were in my smoothie that I had delivered yesterday. I would not write a review and lie about it for no reason. I have no reason to lie about this I did not leave on bad terms.
