I stopped for an early lunch and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a chicken pot pie. I haven't had one in a long time. It was just what I expected. The crust was flaky and crisp. The vegetables were in a cream sauce that was not dried up. The whole thing was really hot. It was very good.

Normally KFC is ok but I guess yesterday was an off day for them because the chicken I receive didn't smell right 🤢. Only 2 pieces were ok and then that's when I ran into the bad ones, I stop eating it.

Chicken be half done especially on the day of Tuesdays special and they got like 6-7 employees there should be motioning this more better..i only experience this really around the hours of 2-5pm on tuesdays..i try to go when they 1st open its better

This is an EXTREMELY unprofessional staff and those ladies have the worst attitudes and no sense of work ethic. They also got my drinks wrong, despite us showing them the correct drinks on the receipt. I didn’t pay for this type of service and it won’t happen again. I definitely will NOT returning to the SKYLAND KFC and I would encourage anyone else to visit the Northport KFC. They have a much better staff and atmosphere, and they treat customers with respect and professionalism.

I don't like to be given big pieces of chicken when buying a large quantity.
Went through drive thru on Skyland last night and the cashier had a very nasty and unwelcoming attitude! Pulled my husband up, brought the food out without requested condiments, gave us some greasy old original chicken when we ordered crispy(why was he pulled around if the food was cold?) Just an all around bad experience! Last 2 visits were and that was probably the last!

HUGE shout out to Jay Michael working the drive through! I came through around 3pm for a 16 piece family meal & asked for it fresh, afraid that it wouldn’t be according to past reviews & never having eaten here. Jay assured me the chicken had just come up and was fresh & even proved it! I appreciate his warm customer service and dedication to my fresh meal. Everything tastes great! The chicken is well seasoned! Thanks!
