The lady on the intercom was very rude when i pulled up she said Welcome to KFC so i ask her a question about one of the items on the menu. She told me what all came on it then i said I’ll get two of those she told me my total i said I’m not done ordering and that I’ll get the meal she said we will change it when you get to the window she didn’t ask what kind of drink i want she proceeded to say a sweet tea i said i didn’t ask for a sweet tea give me lemonade. I left and had to go back because i was unaware that the classic wrap just came with pickles mayo and the chicken but she was very rude. I will never be visiting this Location again. Maybe she was having a bad day but don’t be rude to your customers. We will always remember the experience we had coming there. Hopefully they do better‼️

The manager was horrible to deal with! I came through drive thru & ordered a tender family meal, chicken little, and hot wings. I drove all the way home only to see the family meal was wrong and I didn’t even get the wings! The manager was unbelievably rude and acted as if it was my fault that I got wrong order and was accusing me of already getting the wings. Super disappointed in my visit(since it is a family favorite) and they definitely need new management. She also asked for the other chicken breast bucket back ?? hopefully they don’t serve food that was taken from premises back to serve to others.

This is the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. It’s a bad experience every time. This place needs to be either shut down or needs a new general manager. The food and the customer service is horrible. They’re selling re dropped old food and when asked for fresher food the general manager argues with the customers then offer a full refund and takes the food back instead of offering to cook the food how it’s been requested.

I am one that really like white meat and the chicken breast is the perfect size and I love the original recipe. So even though I didn't see it on the menu I asked if I could get a 1 piece Breast meal and they said I could so now instead of buying just breasts I can get a meal and have the original product which I love right then cause heating up is not an option.
