Today is Halloween and I was looking at Facebook where I saw that Krispy Kreme had Halloween 🎃 doughnuts. My wife and I got out early to get some but was informed that they didn't have any. I don't know if they had some and ran out or if they never had any. Huge disappointment. By the way, the ad is still on Facebook so I guess it is still working, pulling in customers even when they don't have any. 🎃🤔🙁

I honestly haven’t been this pissed off in a long time. I’m usually a patient person, and I used to actually like this Krispy Kreme location. But today? I’m done.
Let me paint the picture: I pull up, get out of my car, and the lobby’s closed — fine, whatever, drive-thru only. I see maybe six cars ahead of me and think, no big deal, they’re just making drinks, how long could it take? Well, apparently forever. It took almost 10 minutes just to get to the speaker, and it’s hot and muggy as hell outside.
I finally get there, and the girl immediately puts me on hold for 3–4 minutes — seriously? Then she tells me they don’t do the free donut when the light is on anymore. Are you kidding me? How about putting a sign on the door or anywhere before people waste 15 minutes sitting in the heat? It took 20 minutes to get one donut. And you stopped giving free donuts on the 4th? It’s the 7th — you couldn’t just let one slide? You literally throw donuts away at the end of the night.
So I order a pumpkin donut, hoping it’s at least good. Nope. It was disgusting. I felt zero joy eating it. And the lady at the window? Completely rude. No smile, no greeting, nothing. What happened to basic customer service — or even pretending to care?
I get that they’re short-staffed, but come on. Even a three-person crew should be able to move faster than that. The whole experience was miserable from start to finish.

Whoever the girl with the short red hair is, she was absolutely rude to my friends and I. As someone who has worked in customer service for years I would never treat a customer like that. I hope to see some changes in the near future.

Me and my mother was looking at the doughnuts to see if we wanted to try anything they were moving the line pretty fast so which was great we get up the lady kept repeating I can help who’s next then when we walk up she tends to roll her eyes we ignored it. She kept rushing for us to choose what we wanted then everytime we made up our mind she would either stare out of space or talk to someone else I had repeated myself almost 3 times then for her to proceed what else when we had already told her and she wasn’t paying us any attention then when we paid she completely walked away like we were done with the transaction, and go back talking about we were rude.
Sign on door says drive through opened 24 hours. Have tried multiple nights after 11pm and no one will take an order all lights on and workers in the store. From the main doors you can see partially in the office where I saw a woman in there sleeping. Called twice to wake her up. She went to the drive through window and walked off never returning to take an order.
