I had a mishap with my online order for the Valentine's donuts and I wasn't able to get it resolved the day of pick up. I went back the next day and Manager Amy was wonderful and she went above and beyond to make everything right. Thank you so much Amy!

The donuts are good, the coffee however gave me the ultimate shakes. If you like to feel like you’re on cocaine & want to run a mile in 2 seconds, this coffee is for u! It was not for me! 😂 10/10 for the donuts tho.

I drove all the way across town during early afternoon hrs specifically to get the Merry Grinchmas donuts and get the 'day of the dozens' promo only to find a sign posted on the door stating they werent participating in the promo. No reason given. Only 2 of the 4 grinchmas donuts were available and the santa belly donuts barely had any cream in them. This isnt the first incident where the marketed donuts werent available when i visited. Extremely disappointing. I hope this isnt the new norm.
I had a door dash order there a few nights ago. I went to the speaker because the lobby was closed told then the associate asked to me come to the window for the order. I get to the window they didn't have what the customer had so I had to call them for a replacement. The employee closed the window in front of me and then left to do something else. I waited almost 10 mins for the employee to come back so I could finish the dash order. She kept looking at me but never returning to the window. At this point the line is backed up and all of the employees are just walking around. The manager shows up looks at me and rolls her eyes. Then after 5 mins the manager opens the window and asks me "are you ready ?" I said yes I have been waiting for 10 mins. The manager was so rude to me like I was the problem when actuality it was the employee that never came back the problem. Being a dasher, I shouldn't have to encounter this behavior from this company. Some type or form of apology should be considered to not only me but to my customer who was having to wait so long. Thank you

I went to grab a dozen donuts on the hot now. In the the drive thru I witnessed the worker take food back in the window which is against health department. Then when I got to the window I felt like they were trying to give me the same order they took back which is why the health department is not okay with it besides the potential for food borne illnesses. The service is attitude of some of the people already be hit or miss. So that incident along with the price and overall value is the reason I won’t be back. It’s not like my health or my pockets will suffer if I don’t eat donuts. So….Krispy Kreme is already overpriced for flour and sugar. Their basic glazed donuts is light in texture but not enough to make me spend that kind of money at a place that I witnessed someone not practicing food safety.

Free donuts. How can you complain. The store was clean. Distribution was organized. Service was very efficient. Great experience.

Placed an online order for 2 dozen glazed. Order stated it would be ready at 4:35. I pull up at 4:40 with only 3 other cars in front of me. Here it is, 5:10 and I’m still sitting and waiting. Thirty minutes and counting. If these doughnuts weren’t for me and if I hadn’t already paid, I would find a way to get out of this line and leave.
