Terrible customer service! Please know that if you go through the drive though & place an order, to add or change anything to your order, you must go around the drive through again. Also, FYI, 1 dozen assorted donuts cost $16.99/dozen, but 6 assorted donuts cost $13.99, almost 2x the cost per donut if you get less than 1 dozen!

They didn't have the type of doughnut we were after and the older lady working up front was kinda rude. The place could definitely use a hood cleaning but good luck getting that staff to do it.

I learned that the new Hershey's chocolate collection came out today and was excited to try their donut collaboration. I went in at 12:30 and bought two donuts. They weren't hot or even fresh. They were the equivalent of any cold donuts you could buy anywhere else. I took them home and microwaved them. That didn't help with the flavor profile very much. I could have bought a donut and placed a fresh baked brownie on it and it would have been far better. Save your money. It wasn't worth the 500 calories.
Twice this week we have tried to get our family doughnuts. Each time we were met with rude employees, nothing is ever available other than the original. We have tried going in and the drive through. Both with the same rude attitudes. To be such a staple in this town there should be standards.
