Lastnight me and my husband ordered a 12 pack of Krystal's with cheese and made it a combo it was 31.95 someone is stealing money from Krystal and I hope they find out who,Im going to call corporate in the morning because it's just nasty food, thieves, long waits, and wrong totals this needs to be shut down!!!

No one in front of me no one behind me in fact no one here but employees I waited 45 minutes asked someone to please take my order. They answered by saying yeah what do you want in a very ugly tone I just told him I wanted a sack full of crystals and that would be all they told me that they were out of the little buns I pointed to where the little buns were I said I saw plenty no exaggeration possibly a 100 sitting there they told me that those were not for me. As this was going on one of the workers made themselves a drink so I said let me just get a sweet tea and I will go elsewhere. Can you guess what happened next? Even though they had plenty of Cups they did not have any cups for me I was not rude extra polite I remain calmed I then told the lady that this was probably the worst service on Earth and that I would not be back. A employee in the back who was acting like a singer with a broom handle said that would be awesome because they didn't like serving white people I asked to speak to the manager the manager had told the employee that that she was busy I said I would wait 2 hours later the manager told me that she did not have time for me and my complaints today come back tomorrow absolutely ridiculous.

Cashier cursing while taking orders in drive thru…..Asked to pull up just to get cold food and burnt bacon on my Burger and chicken sandwich! Food was just terrible! They charge too much money for this food and they’re just serving anything to people! Don’t mind being asked to pull up cause I know it helps with Drive Thru time…but can the food at least be hot? This place is just a ghetto hot mess!

I visited Krystal’s and was disappointed with the service. When I approached the drive-thru/pickup, the employee mentioned something about not wanting to 'get wet,' even though it was only misting lightly outside. This came across as rude, as it felt like they were more focused on avoiding the weather than providing good customer service.

On top of that, the food quality didn't make up for the negative interaction. For the price, I expected better both in terms of flavor and service. I hope management addresses these issues because customer service and quality go hand in hand, and this experience left me feeling like neither was prioritized.
