On my trip from Mississippi to Kentucky, I went through the drive in and received no service. There were 2 cars in front of me, and we sat there for a good 20 minutes before I just left because there was no service whatsoever. Very disappointed.

What is worse than that is being treated like we do not matter (interracial couple)all the while other people (same race couples) were treated so kind and welcoming... it is 2025 and we are free to love whomever we choose.... grow up and treat everyone the same way!!

I tried to give this place an opportunity and hate I did. Woman taking the orders from the drive through to obviously can’t hear or lack of effort caused me to pay 12.49 for 2 small chicken burgers and fries which wasn’t what I ordered. Then she gonna say after I explained to her what I ordered that that was a different number on the board. I’ll not be back and prolly call in roach infestation on them honestly. Place needs to be shut down. If you go head after reading these reviews it’s on you!

I ordered 3 Krystal burgers when got them they were dry like they were old and salty like they were double salted they this is sad I didn’t want take them back because I didn’t want to the employees who took my order to do anything else because they didn’t do my order right the first time

Lastnight me and my husband ordered a 12 pack of Krystal's with cheese and made it a combo it was 31.95 someone is stealing money from Krystal and I hope they find out who,Im going to call corporate in the morning because it's just nasty food, thieves, long waits, and wrong totals this needs to be shut down!!!

No one in front of me no one behind me in fact no one here but employees I waited 45 minutes asked someone to please take my order. They answered by saying yeah what do you want in a very ugly tone I just told him I wanted a sack full of crystals and that would be all they told me that they were out of the little buns I pointed to where the little buns were I said I saw plenty no exaggeration possibly a 100 sitting there they told me that those were not for me. As this was going on one of the workers made themselves a drink so I said let me just get a sweet tea and I will go elsewhere. Can you guess what happened next? Even though they had plenty of Cups they did not have any cups for me I was not rude extra polite I remain calmed I then told the lady that this was probably the worst service on Earth and that I would not be back. A employee in the back who was acting like a singer with a broom handle said that would be awesome because they didn't like serving white people I asked to speak to the manager the manager had told the employee that that she was busy I said I would wait 2 hours later the manager told me that she did not have time for me and my complaints today come back tomorrow absolutely ridiculous.
