I ordered the pepperoni pizza and sticks online it. Email stated that I should use the portal when I get there, got there told him I was waiting on an order it's not ready yet. Then email stated that my pizza wasn't going in the portal and I should ask the cashier for my order. I just waited for nothing, it was in the hot box (not portal) the whole entire time that I have been standing there. I took it anyway got it home it's poorly cut and dry just didn't feel like driving back to 15th Street.$8 lesson

literally unprofessional playing around in the back fighting and the manager doesn’t care she’s playing with them my food WAS UNCOOKED and they did not care they just threw anything in the box don’t go here save you money and yes I got my refund ! I asked for a well done pizza and got a uncooked one

We ordered a pretzel crust pizza and when we got home we realized there was no pretzel salt and the pizza just didn't look right but we weren't sure why. We took the full pizza back immediately with receipt and just asked if we could get a pretzel crust pizza because this didn't look like what we always get. The woman working, Cassidy, was extremely rude to me without reason and she then asks me how to make the pizza. I told her I don't know I am a customer, she then takes the pizza from me, sprinkles on a little salt and drizzles something on my pizza and gives the pizza back to me with a huff. I tried to explain that the pizza still didn't look right but she didn't understand and was hateful and rude. Seeing this interaction was going nowhere, I left with my messed up pizza. I was even considering not leaving a review but when I actually started eating the pizza, to no surprise, it tasted wrong. There was no sauce, no marinara OR cheese sauce, which is the sauce that comes with a pretzel crust pizza, it was just melted cheese and bread. Like how do you forget to put ANY sauce? The entire time Cassidy was also on a FaceTime call so loud I could clearly hear the other person's conversation. The service here has never been so bad!

My pizza is thin, flimsy, undercooked, and has a soapy taste at the crust. The atmosphere was not welcoming and unprofessional. I could see the kitchen and there was an heavy set man with his butt leaning on a table. I don’t ever leave reviews but I see you guys only respond to positive reviews.

I’ve never experienced service this bad anywhere else. The workers at this Little Caesars are completely incompetent — they barely seem to know what they’re doing. What’s worse is that when you walk in, they don’t even acknowledge you’re there. It feels like you’re invisible, like they don’t care about customers at all. If you’re looking for a place where you might at least get a friendly “hello,” keep looking. This place is just disappointing all around.

I went to get a pizza and waited about 10 minutes for the car in front of me to move. When they finally got their pizza I pulled up and the guy that opened the window looked agitated like he didn’t want to be there. I then order my pizza, then He snatched my card out my hand(without telling me my total) he then slammed the window, he went to ring my order up then walked away with my card in his hand after standing in the back for a minute he then came back and finished my order and shoved the card back in my hand and proceeded to slam the window again, he then went to look in the warmer and there wasn’t any more pizza, he proceeded to walk to the back and stood there for a minute. He then brings me a pizza that looks like it was sitting there for 1 or 2 hours and proceeded to shove the pizza in my face. I then pull up and go to grab a slice and realize that it hits even cut. When I go inside to ask for a refund the same guy is sitting down on the phone. I ask for the manger and he completely ignores me and walks to the back and whispers something to the guy cutting pizzas and snatches the cutter out his hand and cuts me a new pizza without ever putting on gloves or washing his hands. He shoves the new pizza in my face once again and walks off.

This blonde dread headed black women locked door an hour early and waved for us to go to the drive thru and when we did she was rude. we would ask a question and she would just shut the window and not say anything then she would come back a few seconds later with the answer. Also we asked for breadsticks and she gave us cheese sticks. If they were out thats fine but she should have informed us.
Service is terrible and slow. My online order wasn't in the correct pickup box and the employee working decided to go to the back and then just hand me another customers order with my name on it. Didn't realize until I got home, which is my fault because I should've checked before I left, and had to come all the way back to make another order. The employees all have terrible attitudes and tried to hand me yet another random pizza when I came back for what I had ordered. Waited a very long time for my order to be remade correctly due to them being busy. And one of the female employees kept locking the doors so no one get in or out
