Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered a pepperoni pizza on the GrubHub app. I kept waiting for a delivery driver to deliver my order. I had a wonderful delivery driver who tried to pick up my pizza, but she couldn't get an employee to wait on her and when someone finally did she was told someone already picked up my order. I NEVER received my order and trying to get a refund wasn't easy either. Those employees who don't want to work and only want to get paid are costing delivery drivers time and money! My driver wasted her time and money trying to deliver my pizza. I don't recommend this location and to be certain it's the one on Old Greensboro and 69S. You've been warned!

They closed the store 30 minutes early on 15th street. Many customers were trying to get some pizza . Last night. Smh !! Do better

I ASKED politely for my pizza to be cooked fresh when I pulled up to the window,the girl at the window rolled her eyes and walked to the hot box and pulled out a pizza that was not hot or even warm and set it near the window.Afterwhich she waited and then I asked her was the pizza cooked fresh and hot,at that time she left that pizza and went back in the hot box and gave me another pizza with an attitude,meanwhile she had already taken my payment,otherwise I would have left.When she gave me the 2nd pizza it was old as well ,I asked again could they cook it fresh,since thats what I said in the 1st place.Her attitude was terrible!!! She got the pizza back and stated it would be 15minutesand I said I would wait. After 15 minutes I received a flatbread pizza,meaning it was rolled thin as they could get it, that was as thin as a sheet of paper with very little cheese as a get back for asking for fresh food ..The girl was very nasty with her attitude and so was the man that was with her after I called back to Little Caesars to speak to someonethe man that anwsered the phone was rude and yelled in the phone and hung up in my face.I was polite to them because I didn't want the negative energy over my food but these people don't care and they need an attitude adjustment quick!!!! I clearly see why you all have a 3.1 rating,it need to be ZERO. Very unprofessional!!!!! M.Hinton!!! and Little Caesars

Not impressed at all. The only reason to stop here was because it's cheap but filling. It's not that great food. The sauce has a weird aftertaste.
Usually service is fast- usually in and out. Today the girl manning the window was too busy on her phone to talk to us and to properly work the register. The cook had to step in- at least she was professional and listened to us.

Went here with my husband …they were honoring the veterans on Veteran’s Day and they should’ve have a fuller staff. The lobby was very packed & only two lunch specials were give to customers at a time.

After a tough and emotional day at the Children's Hospital with my daughter, I was feeling drained and overwhelmed. That’s when Little Caesars truly stepped up and brought a little sunshine to an otherwise rough day. The crew there went above and beyond to make sure we had a hot, delicious pizza to enjoy—something as simple as that really made all the difference. I’m so grateful for their kindness and quick service, and for always being a reliable option when we need a pick-me-up. Many thanks to Little Caesars for consistently delivering not only great pizza, but also a little comfort when we need it most!

literally the worst little caesars ever. 2 weeks ago they told us it would be a 15 min wait, we waited in the parking lot, came back, then they said they’re closed ? just tell us to go somewhere else if you don’t want to do your job. tonight, the exact same thing happened. will never go here again

They never have pizza ready anymore so the saying Hot and Ready is nonexistent. We were told it would be 10 minutes for our pizza to be ready and it was over 20 minutes. 1 pizza was warm at best. Service and food seem to continue to go down hill.
