Waiter did not want to be bothered. Walked by at all times with head down.

Cold food but service was slow.

Tables wiped down with dry napkins.

Drink order wrong. How do you screw up sweet tea for unsweetened tea.

It was the bartender Jarrod or Jarret he was absolutely awesome my husband had left his knife on the plate and he put it up and saved it for us. He's very sweet and was a great waiter he deserves a raise 👍🏼

My potatoes was cold send them back and they still came back cold

I have been going to this restaurant for YEARS. Even before I became a member of the Darden family, this was my destination for good eats.

Although, for the past year and a half, EVERY-TIME I go there…it’s an issue. And WHEN I SAY EVERY TIME…I mean EVERY TIME!!! From waiting entirely too long to at least be greeted, or people having issues with you because of THEIR inconsistencies …It all needs to be fixed. I have gone to management and posed my concerns with how the establishment is operated and even though they say what I’m saying is understood, nothing has changed.

I LOVE longhorn, but the management and servers at THIS location are NOT GOOD and it ruins the experience even when the food is good..
Seriously. Someone higher up should really have a sit down with this entire crew because the operating system is POOR, and it makes the Darden establishment look shitty.

PLEASE!!!! THIS THE ONLY LONGHORN IN THE CITY.

Nothing special ... Just a chain quality food. The steak was ok, but Burger and Mac and cheese were below average.

Make sure you don’t have any plans for atleast a hr and a half. All I ordered was a 2 house salads

The service is horrible. They never have enough servers and it’s always a wait even when the restaurant is empty. We were finally sat and nobody came to greet us.

Went for lunch a 20-minute wait to be seated. Once seated, I had to wait for cocktail it was President Day, so a lot of people were off from work and told only two servers. I ordered the garlic lemon chicken, and the sauce was almost too salty,had better margaritas.

My family came in Tuesday night. Our steaks were cooked better than any we’ve had in Tuscaloosa. Juicy and tender!! Highly recommend. Will be back. Whoever was on the grill that night needs a raise. 5 stars!

I called in my order tonight and the young lady Harmonee took my order. She was very professional and even offered things for me to try. My food was ready at the time I was told and I was shocked. The restaurant was packed! She gave excellent service and I will be back. If the takeout experience is like this, I can’t wait to dine in. The food was hot and delicious. It was even more surprising to find out that the young lady and myself have the same last name. This was a great experience
