The staff were so rude. They barely cleaned our table. Waited almost 90 minutes for food while people who came in after us were served and left. I will never come here again .

Longhorns fell short tonight. After waiting after placing our orders we asked if our salads and soups are coming before our meal. Our server said she forgot about them and came back some time later with them. My meal came out lukewarm, the tbone was really weak. My wife’s mashed potatoes were cold. Another companion got the lobster crab soup, and it smelled really bad, like rotten. We’ve been here about five or six times in the last year. There are always some issues. Management needs to do better.

Everything was great had a pregnant waiter that told her manager she felt threatened by us 3 black older ladies and they came and fronted us about it the guy manager came and apologized and gave us all free appetizers was kinda shocked tho nothing happen she left off one of our orders so I politely ask about it n she said look don't rush me it's only so much I can do... and being a mother myself I just said well baby it's no rush we just thought it was forgotten next thing I know here comes the manager lady saying we threatened her i just put it off on mood swings everything else was perfect

The food was good, but I didn't get the salad I ordered. The other 2 that I was with their salads came out with the meals. If it wasn't for that 5 stars...
We were there on 2/19 with a party of 7. It was a busy night so I gave the waitress some leeway but it was terrible from the start.She brought 1 small loaf of bread for 7 people and I asked for another which never got.2 of our steaks were reversed in doneness so we had to swap but they were different steaks. 2 of us didn't get our side until after the meal was finished tho we asked twice. Never did get the sauce I asked for. Never got drink refills until we were ready to leave. She would come to the table next to us and wait on them but wouldn't look at us and walk away.She didn't have any trouble keeping them satisfied. This was probably the worst service I have ever received so I only left a $15 tip on a $200 bill which was more than she deserved. When the bill showed up on my bank account they had added another $17 which I suppose was for an extra tip. This was so wrong in every sense. We were regular customer's but will never go there again.
