Customers shouldn't be greeted with "go ahead with your order" or "order when you ready" My very first job was at McDonald's and the greeting was "Welcome to McDonald's, may I take your order please" the food is never fresh. True everyone lacks staffing during this pandemic time but professionalism goes a long way.
I have been sitting here for 20 minutes and haven’t even made it to the order screen. Literally 2 cars have moved forward. Get it together !
